The Blue Arrow Motor Company sold me a carand delivered it just before lockdown. The lady , sorry the woman on the end of the phone while I was making the purchase told me that their company was trust-worthy and honest and that all of their vehicles are checked and backed by the A.A. What a complete load of RUBBISH. I have been isolated due to my healthwith covid 19 and I could not get hold of this company, but the mileage on the car is false. It has been turned back and the government site to check the history of the vehicle proves this. The car is a 2003 diesal car with 65,791 miles on the clock which i was assured was genuine. In fact is has done twice as many as that and has the wear and tear to show this. As for the A.A. there is no way thy have inspected this car. From the moment my money was taken and the car delivered, I have not been able to get hold of this company. IN MY OPINION DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM because what they sold me is rubbish. Due to coronavirus I have been unable to contact the AA or Blue Arrow. No one answers the telephone

I wish I had the option of not putting a star for Blue Arrow Motor Company! I’m absolutely disgusted at the way a company and manager can treat a willing customer! I went to the garage and was introduced to a lovely man. I noticed a BMW up for sale (repo) up for £4500. I was keen to buy and they said they would MOT and service it for me too. Was very impressed. Gave my details and said could you contact me as they were waiting for the paper work as it was a repo. Had no contact off them until I rang Monday, was told paper work wasn’t ready and hadn't been looked at. I said ok... waited till Tuesday when they told they’d call. Nothing! Rang back and had the same response, was told I’d get a call latest Wednesday at 5pm. Nothing again!!! Rang the manager and he said I should have been spoken to he’ll have a look for the paper work and let me know soon, he didn’t ring me that day either! So after being batted around and told nothing, my Dad ringing them too chasing it!! I was told that they still hadn’t accessed the paper work but I could buy it without and they could try to source it for me. This was the Friday after myself and my Dad ringing. I rang today to see updates and to hopefully test drive to be told the manager has put the price up by £1500!! So after saying I was interested, wanting to put a deposit down to save it and had been told to wait and I’d be contacted I had this! Bearing in mind I had told them I would sell my car in the week and he said that should be fine! So I sold it and now don’t have a car as I was promised it should be ok by Thursday (my day off) to collect!!! I had vague responses off them all week, promises that it will be looked into and I would be contacted and then this!! Absolutely disgusting way to treat an eager customer! I am and will never use this motor company and I completely advise against! They sell you a story and then out of their own choice don’t follow through and up the price upon interest! Not even by a couple hundred... over £1000!! It’s a shame about the managers way of treating customers because the other man is pretty sound. I would definitely avoid unless you want this treatment.
Blue Arrow Motor Company were a nightmare to deal with have been left nearly a 1000 pounds out of pocket with repair bills they wouldn't even offer refund for clutch replacement which started to burn two weeks after purchase would never deal with them again their guarantee wasn't worth paper it was written on
AFTER SPEAKING TO BLUE USED CARS ON THE PHONE AND BEING TOLD THE X TRAIL I WAS INTERESTED IN WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION I TRAVELED 150 MILES TO SEE AND HOPEFULLY PURCHASE THIS CAR.I ARRIVED TO FIND THAT THE DESCRIPTION GIVEN WAS A TOTAL LIE. WAS MEANT TO HAVE HEATED SEATS AND ELECTRIC MEMORY SEATS AND A 6 CD CHANGER. IT HAD NONE OF THESE. IT HAD A HUGE DENT IN THE REAR BUMPER AND THE DRIVERS DOOR BOLSTER WAS COLLAPSED BIG TIME.THE CARPET DRIVERS SIDE TOTALLY WORN THROUGH AND THE FRONT DISCS KNACKERED. THE BELT WAS SQUEALING AND THE TRACKING NEEDED DOING. AND THEN WHEN I COMPLAINED THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS COULD NOT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO COME OUTSIDE TO TALK TO ME JUST LET HIS ASSISTANT SPEAK TO ME. I WAS TOTALLY DISCUSSED AND ANGRY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE
I purchase a bmw m5 from Blue Arrow Used Cars and they were perfect in every manner ,I had a test drive ,and it was the car for me ,they took me to the local post office and taxed the car serviced before they the car go they everything done ,I would recommend them every time.
Purchased a VW golf it was my sons first car he had saved up for it for ages so I wanted to a reliable car for him. I went to the Eachelhurst Rd branch and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blue Arrow Used Cars. The knowledge not only of the cars we looked at but the insurance and parts repair costs etc You can take your time there was no hard sell and the car prices compared to other dealers are fantastic so no high mark up. We collected the car the next day and it was all spotless with everything ready they even went further to offer to do the tax online in their office. Nice guys great service great selection of cars which are in great condition and service history compared to others I saw from dealers!! BTW the owner has a fantastic deep unusual voice he should really try TV voice overs 😂😂

Saw Blue Arrow used cars on auto trader advertising a Toyota Yaris which is what my daughter wanted for her 1st car. When we arrived both of them were really helpful and really good on her test drive. Hence to say my daughter bought the car at a really good price and in excellent condition.
When I bought my Citroen DS3 from Blue Arrow Motor Company, The car was nice and clean, in really good condition and a very good price. The dealers were very friendly and were able to answer all of my questions and the whole process was very smooth and easy. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

Whilst looking for a good quality used car I came across this garage advertising a car on Auto Trader. What attracted me was they offered Part Ex, warranty and AA cover, what more do you need! The car in question was good clean and honest, with the service history to match. I was happy with the amount I was offered for my car and even managed to get a few quid off the car I brought. During the warranty period I had a few issues, these were sorted and I didn't spend a penny. There was a good line of communication between myself the warranty company, the Bosche Approved service centre the car went and Blue Arrow Car Sales and all was sorted in a short period. Whilst the car was in the garage the Mechanic commented on how nice the car was. Overall I would defiantly give Blue Arrow a strong 4 out of 5, a pleasure dealing with them
Visited Blue Arrow to look at a Toyota after phoning to see if the car was still available. Left a message on the answerphone and soon received a call back from Dean, a cheerful chap who told me he would be there and would wait if we were a bit late. A couple of hours late reply, the car was bought and I was driving away, taxed, insured and happy with the deal. I would definitely recommend this dealer. Ken Malcolm
