Saw the car I wanted online spoke to rob who arrange the sale and deposit speedily, once arrived the car was in perfect condition and as described, rob kept me up to date and was very helpful with any queries , the sake was quick and easy no stress , received calls after the sale checking everything is ok with the car. Fantastic service from Sam Bell in the sales team, from the quoting to the hand over he was faultless. I can now enjoy my i4 M50 knowing i have Sam to contact to help with the transition from petrol to electric . Also the car is amazing i can fully recommend this model .

just problem after problem, misdiagnosing issues, claiming them not to be under warranty or wanting to charge. My screen washer packed up, apparently my fault as did not use BMW screenwash!, They did not even know my 1 year old bmw had a haldex differential, Damaging my dashboard when repairing my radio under warranty, then lying about it when i asked them to fix it saying the dash trim had been replaced, when they just glued it in. Even a simple brake service they messed up. Just painful and difficult. I now drive to stoke for my servicing and have just bought my new car from there. Congratulations you are by far the worst car dealership I've ever experienced.
I have visited your dealership twice in the last two weeks to look at the BMW Range of vehicles. The first time I walked in there were several sales people sitting at their stations whilst I wandered around the showroom and I was totally ignored. Eventually a young man came to speak to me who told me he was a trainee salesman. I explained that I was looking to purchase a car for my partner who already owns and drives a BMW M Sport that we would like to update. I looked at a 840 M Sport In the showroom but asked if it would be possible for my partner to come in and test drive an electric version of an i4. The young man explained that he would ask as salesman to contact me to arrange this asap and took my contact details I have heard nothing. Almost 2 weeks later in fact only yesterday my partner and I visited the showroom again we looked around and again several salesmen were sitting at their stations and although we did notice them whispering between themselves again not one person came to help us. I can only assume that even though my partner are both extremely wealthy individuals who could if we so desired buy your dealership either individually or together, we were both dressed in jeans and t shirts since we were not working. If I could offer you some advice If I were you I would instruct your people not to judge a book by it’s cover as far as customers are concerned. We are currently now looking at a Range Rover Vogue to replace my 2 year old BMW X5 and my partner who still would like a BMW 8 series diesel convertible will be using a different dealership. Your sales team have successfully lost you two sales of in excess of £250,000 in total and the BMW brand at least one customer.
Tried to book my wife’s car in for a 1 to 11/2 hour job for brake fluid service, car is used for school run. Suggested drop off 10am pick up 2-30 pm. Told couldn’t guarantee car would be ready for collection as didn’t know if workshop could complete in time ( 41/2 hours). My request was 8 days in advance cannot understand why a simple job as brake fluid change ( £90 plus ) could not have been scheduled into their workload. Very poor service no real understanding why car was needed, very unhelpful. On this occasion poor rating given and alternative service agent sought.
Changed my cream mini to a beautiful grey 67 plate. Will the salesman could not do enough, so helpful. His boss, think it's Yvonne?? was brilliant 🙂 Best service ever had!!
