Bought a BMW from Crewe in July 2021. Initially the car we were interested in was not available was not available so we chose another car. There was a mix up with the paperwork we signed some for the unavailable car, and some for the car we eventually had. Some 3 weeks later, after collecting the car, we were told we had to pay another £1357. We paid the money under duress and after numerous complaints, and an interview with the manager, they paid us back £846. This was their mistake not ours! The manager took great pride in telling us they were a 5* garage with marvellous reviews. This, for our part, has spoilt what should have been a happy and exciting experience. Trust me we are not the only ones who have had a bad experience there are others.

Recently bought a 3 month old 4 series from Blue Bell BMW Crewe . Car was dirty when test driven, and had some minor damage which they promised to fix. Car was delivered within the week and the damage had not been repaired and they had curbed an alloy . Our cctv at home shows us inspecting the damage to the wheel , and the damage to door they have not done properly , and now refuse to fix it. Worst BMW dealer I have ever ever ever come across, avoid at all cost and use a different dealer! The car is fantastic but Blue Bell Crewe have spoilt the whole experience. The bad reviews on the web regarding them are true.

Refused to repair parts that broke while under warranty....came up with several excuses as to why this was not their problem and charged me for the privilege of doing exactly nothing. Absolutely awful experience and terrible customer service - go anywhere else....literally ANYWHERE!

Not for the first time have I been disappointed with the less than professional behaviour of Blue Bell BMW Crewe. On this occasion I collected my car after repair work to find the dashcam disconnected and a note on the passenger seat saying that it was done for security reasons. Must have done it just before parking it because I have got the whole repair experience on film. It was belting with rain that day. My car was driven into the repair shop and the engine left running and the windscreen wipers working for 10 full minutes on a dry screen. Why ? 2 staff casually looked at what was happening but no one switched the engine off. Were they trying to bust the wipers so that they could tell me I needed hundreds pounds more repairs. Their service side is a bl***y shower !
Bought my current car from Blue Bell BMW in Crewe, and bring it back for regular servicing. Everyone here makes me feel comfortable, and will always bend over backwards to accommodate me. Outstanding service every time I walk in the door.
I bought a used BMW 1 series from Blue Bell BMW in Crewe which was in immaculate condition. When I initially enquired by phone I mentioned to James that I was worried about the boot space for my two springer spaniels. He assured me that there would be room and that if I wanted to bring them down and try them in the car I was more than welcome. On arrival the car was in full view with my name on it and having never driven a BMW before James took me for a long test drive and went through all the details about the car. He wasn't pushy or smarmy like many car sales people and he patiently answered all my list of questions. Repeating them twice when I forgot and repeated my question. He made sure that I knew everything that I needed to know about the car and that I felt comfortable driving it.. As I had got used to parking sensors in my car he threw in parking sensors in the price and had them fitted for me. I was offered a good price form my car and we did a part exchange. Everything went smoothly and he kept me informed at each stage. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a BMW then go and have a chat with James. I was always told that the best sales person is the one that you don't know is selling to you. Softly Softly catch the monkey.

Never take your car to Blue Bell BMW in Crewe for a service unless you want to wait 10 hours with no phone call or contact. Joke of a place!
My wife and I recently purchased BMW M series vehicles from Blue Bell in Crewe, the sales representative Ryan E was courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about purchase options, servicing and we would like to make special mention about the aftercare they gave on my wife’s car which was exemplary. We all know that this is a Sales persons job to sell cars, but it is the way they do it, makes them stand out from the others and Ryan did just that, it was never pushy just highly professional and if you want to buy a BMW see him. On a note about the cars the M series quality and technology are deserving of 5 stars as well. Thank you Ryan and Blue Bell we are very pleased with our new cars.

I have just bought a BMW 3 series from here and I am more than happy with it This is the second car I've had from this dealership. It was I'm immaculate condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The staff were super helpful and friendly and they gave me a brilliant price for my old car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
