I bought a car worth £7k end feb, at first they were very very helpful and i spoke to a gentle man named John he seemed very polite, When i got there he told me that there was a crack in the rear light, and not to worry it has ordered the part and will have in in by the following week, i was willing to go back up to get this fixed. i rung him the week after nothing was always with a client, rung a week later wasn't in few days later managed to get hold of him, and he said he was waiting for another part, and will ring me soon as to get me to come up to get it fixed. Not only did i spend alot of money on a 'reliable' car as said, but i also paid for the RAC breakdown and other bits. I have also notice that NONE of the power sockets work! there are scuff mark inside of the boots and has few dents in the door, i was told before buying this car that i was in EXCELLENT condition.! I am extremely disappointed in the customer service i have received by this company, i have tried again to call today left email, and now have discovered that there phone lines have no been cut off.. I think i shall be taking a trip up there tomorrow i Live 60+m i would definitely never buy from this company again! I shall for sure be taking this further!

Blue Water Used Car Supermarket are not good. They sell you faulty cars and then disappear and don't help you after the sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I found the staff very friendly and pleasant to talk too. I loved the service and everybody was really helpful and explained the information to me about my car in a brilliant way . got a brilliant deal would recommend to friends and family.
