Bought a 7-seater VW Sharan from these guys a couple of weeks back. Car was pretty much immaculate, despite being 9 years old. Although the price was fixed, they replaced the timing belt and all four brake pads and all four brake discs as part of the pre-sale service which I think was good value. Car was ready on time, service was very friendly, and communications were frequent and spot-on. A couple of weeks later, I had a yellow warning light come on. I have an OBD Scanner so was able to see that it was just a glow-plug issue. I texted them early evening and they had my car in their workshop first thing the next morning and fixed by 2pm. Only one glow plug was faulty but they replaced all four as good measure FOC. Again, I think that's good service. Highly recommended.
