Purchased a car from here and within 3 months it broke down, we had 2 years warranty but somehow nothing was covered by it. We have had nothing but problems since which has cost us so much money, and to repurchase the car within warranty and after 1 year they offered us 1/10th of what we purchased it for. Live up to the reputation of 'used car salesmen' - avoid!

I bought a Range Rover sport 2017 and after about 3 month the air suspension failed. Bm motors had it in and fixed within 2 days free of charge. Superb service!

I'm in the process of taking this company to court. They sold me a faulty car and ineffective warranty and have washed their hands of it, breaking consumer laws and rights along the way. Seeing im not alone in being ripped off and scammed by BM Motors. I hope more follow suit and this place gets closed down before more vulnerable people are completely defrauded. Read reviews and AVOID if considering a vehicle from here. May as well withdraw your cash and set fire to it. Look at all the reviews and FACTS available. I believe any positive reviews are fake to be honest as I've never come across such an appalling dealership.

This is now the 7th car we as a family have Bought from Bm motors and they have been amazing every time

What a joke! Do not sort out any issues after purchase of a vehicle, do not want anything to do with you after taking your cash! I know a lot of people in Saltash have had a similar bad experience of this place!
