They are all active companies trading under the same roof. Deposits are taken by a card machine from BM CAR SALES SALTASH LTD (Company number 09658048 - This company was dissolved in 3rd March 2020. Monaf Kusey Altamimi Is the owner of all of them (Can't miss him always on the mobile, but can never be contacted on the phone) Adam Steven Elston is the MOT tester? Also good at taking calls and cutting sensors and ordering parts and then returning them and making out NEW parts have been fitted! Mike the sales person is great for bragging of selling 60-80 cars a month BUT always out of the office when you call! Also likes to blame the customer for any faults. I’m £2700 out of pocket less than 6 weeks after buying a £10,000 car. The dealership promised to do work on the car prior to collection – didn't bother doing the work so the car was still faulty. I had the fault diagnosed by the main dealer, who also found sensors cut and bodged to stop warning lights coming on the dash. Dealer denied and refused to put it right so I had to pay to get the work done elsewhere, and then they refused to re-imburse me for my expense to repair a pre-existing fault. BREACHING CONTRACT LAW AND THE CRA2015. Car became faulty AGAIN after this, but you can’t claim on the warranty as its in-house and they don’t cover pre-existing faults either, so not worth the paper it is printed on. Went through Trading Standards, who took them off the Buy With Confidence Scheme due to their conduct, but they still continued to advertise as Buy With Confidence. Trading Standards told me to take them to Court, but then I find out that I can’t even take them to court as their paperwork and companies are so dodgy that you can’t tell who you even bought a car from. Completely conned me. Anyone considering buying a car from this company – Pay on Finance or a Credit Card so you have some additional legal rights, as the dealer ignores your legal rights and Trading Standards has NO POWER to make them. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.

My Skoda Yeti bonnet catch was stuck and so I contacted the main Skoda dealers at Valley Road in Plympton, with whom I had previously dealt. They wanted me to book the vehicle in and leave it with them, whilst hiring a car from them for the return home. Since I needed to use the car I tried BM Motors in Saltash who had been recommended to me.. Their mechanic, Matt, immediately came out of the workshop, skilfully manoeuvred a screwdriver under the bonnet, releasing and greasing the catch in less than three minutes.. Although I had not previously been a BM customer, the receptionist, Lisa, said that there would be no charge. They have now gained a customer - and the main Skoda dealers have lost one

Purchased a car from BM Motors a few months ago, very accommodating to requests and extras when selling, touched up a few wear and tears that were expected for an 2013 plate car. Couple months after the purchase had an engine management light come on to which they were helpful with advice over the phone for things to try to fix the issue, then took my car in a few days past its warranty and fixed it free of charge with no issue. Super helpful, kind staff. Quick and efficient working. Would certainly go back again to purchase another vehicle.
