My dad sent me in with a list of questions to ask the team because he knew I was eager to get a car, so he didn't want me to forget any questions. Rupert managed to answer each and every question without any issues, which gave me a lot of confidence when buying the car. After a short test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it. For a first time Mini owner I'm really enjoying it.

Honestly, I couldn't be any happier with my recent purchase of my Peugeot 208 from this dealership. The car is running exactly as it should, and Rupert provided excellent service! I'm pretty happy with my Mini so far. Since I've owned a Mini before, I kind of knew what to expect but the car has treated me well and I've recently taken it down on a long drive to Devon and it was faultless, I can't remember the lady's name who helped me out on the day, but she was fantastic. The customer service can't be topped. There was no pressure sales tactics, just easy-going and polite customer service. I was very impressed with my visit and would happily recommend BMW & Mini Direct.

I'm absolutely loving my Mini Convertible! It's been such good fun to drive around. The customer service was perfect and I found all of the staff to be super friendly, welcoming, and really thorough. The guys took their time to make sure we understood everything and didn't rush us at all. I'm lucky to live pretty close to the dealership, only about 15 minutes away, and I couldn't wait to check out my new car, so I swung by a day earlier. They were very understanding of how excited I was and still went out of their way to accommodate me without any hassle. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!
