Having previously bought from BMW and Mini Direct. I was hoping for the same high standards as last time, and yet again, Rupert didn't disappoint. The service was second-to-none. He really is excellent, goes above and beyond for his customers, and I find him to be very trustworthy. This, combined with the fact that I now have another excellent Mini Cooper from them, means he has now won me as a customer for life, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I couldn't recommend them enough.

My recent experience with BMW & Mini Direct was nothing short of exceptional. The paperwork was swiftly taken care of, and before I knew it, I had the keys to my new car in hand. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This is my second time visiting BMW & Mini Direct, and Rupert has been fantastic. He couldn't be more helpful. I initially went just to have a little look around their current stock, as it's conveniently located for me. To my surprise, they had a Volkswagen Polo that was honestly a bargain for the mileage. I can't fault the dealership for the fairness and quality of the cars sold. It's worth noting that this dealership sells more than just their namesake, so it's definitely worth coming down and having a look to see what bargains you can find for yourself.

I am so glad I went to BMW & Mini Direct for my upgrade. I purchased the Mini Countryman, and it's brilliant; it gets me from A2B, and my dog loves going on road trips with me. I dealt with Lorraine, and she was an absolute diamond! Not only did she keep me updated throughout, but she even went the extra mile to pair my phone with the car. I know that if I need anything at all from them in the future, they would be more than happy to help.

My family has always had Mini's; we have had five over the years, and when I was looking for one for myself, I stumbled upon BMW and Mini direct on AutoTrader.  I had seen lots while I was looking, and none of the ones I saw matched the ones at BMW and Mini Direct. The process was really quick; it only took me 1 week from making my inquiry to picking up the car.

I have been after a four-wheel-drive car that offered reliability and comfort. I researched the best options.
