Me and my husband have been driving the car for a couple of weeks now and we just love our new Mini Countryman ❤️ We knew that the clutch has been changed recently so the drive was a bit shaky at the start, my guess is that it needed to be worn in as it drives perfect now or it could be because It's a bigger car compared to what we are used to, as we have always had small hatchbacks so it could be I needed to get use to it. The customer service was very good, I did have to chase the VS5 but apart from that Rupert the sale rep was very good, the Mini is very good and works well when we took it for a long run. I’ve had my minis from there before and they were all also very good. Everyone who has seen it has commented on how immaculate it is.

I found that when we visited BMW & Mini Direct, all the staff were extremely helpful. Everything has been perfect with the Mini One Hatch. I've had no issues with the garage or Rupert as they were all on point. Thank you very much.
