Rupert is what I would call one of the nice guys of the motor trade. Our Mini is the second car we have bought from him and the service is always impeccable, he is really easy to deal with! We are absolutely delighted with the Mini and have had no problems with it what so ever. I have no doubts that in a few years time I will be returning to him again.

Made a purchase with BMW & Mini Direct in April. The car we purchased, a Mazda 6, did have a little problem but this was resolved immediately. Rupert looked after us really well and the communication was great, we were always kept in the loop. Since then the car has been spot on and we both agree we would be happy to buy another car from here thanks to Rupert's amazing efforts!

I am really fond of Rupert at BMW & Mini Direct. he was wonderful to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. The Fiat 500 we purchased is a lovely car but we did have a small problem to begin with, Rupert pulled out all the stops to get this sorted really quickly for us. The service was top notch and I would give it five stars all day!

My Mini is absolutely wonderful, I can't complain at all! The gents were a great help from beginning to end and made everything really easy. They even replaced the back reg for me! I cannot fault the guys, and have already recommend to a few others!

The car is going really well, I am very happy with how everything is running. The sales team were brilliant to buy from, I can't fault them one bit. Their showroom was very pristine and professional, and that was carried through to the condition of the cars too, they were immaculate. It is my first Mini I have ever bought and WOW, I am obsessed! It is such a nice car to drive, and looks so cute as well! Steve and Rupert were great to deal with, every question I had they answered, they gave me an in depth overview of the car so I knew how to work everything, and even let me take the car for a test drive to get a good feel. I cannot fault them one bit, they were kind and courteous from beginning to end!
