I visited the team in Worcester recently and fell in love the countryman they had available. When I walked into the dealership, the car was presented so beautifully that I instantly knew it was coming home with me. It was in such a clean condition and had a fabulous valet carried out, it was gleaming! The guy who I dealt with was really informative and knowledgeable, and made the whole process hassle free. I would happily return again in a few years time when I am after a change, it was a lovely experience with the team!

I am so so pleased with my Cooper, it is a lovely little car, it is easy to drive, and is in a beautiful condition! The guy who I dealt with was great! He didn't push me into anything, I was shown around the car well, and was allowed to take my time deciding if it was the one for me or not. I have no complaints about any part of the sale, and would happily buy from them again!

I am so so pleased with how the team are handling the current issue I have. I bought the car in June and have only just recently encountered an issue with the seats, (it kept collapsing). So i got in touch with Steve and let him know of the situation, he was so helpful and got straight on it to get it sorted for me, he has already ordered me a new seat so I am more than happy with how everything is going so far. The aftersales has been better than anywhere I have ever been before, so I would happily pass on my recommendations, as I know you will definitely be looked after!

The gents at BMW & Mini Direct were absolutely brilliant, the catered my needs perfectly and accommodated any questions I had. Due to the explosion in east London not so long ago, I haven't been able to get it out as much as I'd have liked too, however, it is a lovely car, and the drive home was brilliant. I'd happily recommend to others :).

I am very very happy with my new Mini, its everything I've wanted and I couldn't believe how super shiny it was. It looks and drives like its brand new, its fantastic. I must add, a great customer service was provided, so polite and helpful. I loved my experience here and would highly recommend others.

BMW & Mini direct have got a very good reputation for their high standard of customer service and I must say they lived up to that reputation when I paid them a visit, they did not disappoint! The team there are wonderful and friendly which creates such a lovely atmosphere when car shopping. I purchased a Mini Cooper D which I love all the way down to its shiny alloys! 😍 It drives like a dream. I am simply over the moon with the car, the experience... everything!
