I have wanted a convertible Mini for so long now but they just seem to sell so quickly I've never managed to drop on one. I saw one for sale at BMW&MINI Direct and got straight down there, I took it out for a test drive with my husband and I knew this was the one! While we were at the dealership the salesman who helped us was very approachable and knowledgeable, he was well prepared and had all the relevant information to hand. This made the sale so easy and straightforward. Since buying my Mini I have been lucky enough to have the top down almost everyday thanks to this beautiful weather 😎☀️ I am really happy I chose to buy from this trustworthy dealership and will be back here if I ever want to upgrade.

I went down to Worcester after finding a lovely Countryman online, I was greeted by Steve and he presented the Mini fantastically, it looked super. He was highly organised with the sale. I was never wating around for more than 5 mins, everything was constantly on a roll and getting under way with the sale. A highly efficient and smooth sale, zero complaints whatsoever. I will be back to buy from here again in the future without doubt.

Ever since I have owned my Cooper, I am never out of it, you can't get me out of it! I am absolutely obsessed, it is a gorgeous little car and is like a full on go kart on the roads!! The car came with stripes on already, however, I wanted two additional white pinstripes adding as well... I rang up Steve to ask for some advise and he was top, he actually offered to get that done for me, which I really appreciated! I am highly highly satisfied with how everything went and turned out, they are a great bunch of guys and have my full recommendations.

Really successful purchase of my Mini Cooper, it is a brilliant car, and is in immaculate condition! I am so pleased that I decided to go with this one. I was originally going to view a different Cooper, however, that one had sadly sold, so Steve pointed me in the direction of this one and I instantly fell in love! He really went of his way for me and presented the car beautifully. I was allowed to take it on a small test drive and that is when I instantly knew it was the one for me!
