I've got no reason to not give the best score to be honest. The customer service was perfect from start to finish. I felt well informed about the car leading up to the sale. Also, the car is running great with no issues. You can't ask for more.

I purchased a Mercedes A Class 2017 model from Bob Davies Car Sales (The Car Island) on 5 October 2024. My husband and I visited the week before specifically to look at the Mercedes after looking at their website. During our initial visit Craig came out to see us and spoke of the car and pulled the car out so that we could have a good look and test drive it on the road outside. There was absolutely no pressure from Craig and he left us to look at the car with no interruptions which is such a refreshing change. On our return to the site we sat down with Paul who went through the financial side. I did not require HP so this process was very quick; deposit paid, competitive part-ex price agreed on current car. Full payment to be made on collection. We raised one issue with a very slight peeling of the material on the edge of the driver’s seat; no problem at all and Paul arranged for the work to be carried out which it was to a very high standard, not even noticeable and a slightly worn door seal, again replaced. My husband and I collected the car the following Saturday and the process was extremely quick. We did not go ahead with the part-ex and kept our old car, and this was not an issue. 12-months RAC breakdown cover also provided free and a RAC Platinum Maintenance and Repair Plan for 6-months. Paul and Craig were fantastic throughout the whole process from setting foot on the site to leaving with the car. A very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure and the usual hovering over you that you get in some dealerships. Even though we only looked at the Mercedes as that is what we had been looking for there was plenty of choice of vehicles on site. Very friendly and professional at all times, I cannot fault them and would 100% recommend and give a five-star rating and wouldn’t hesitate to be a return customer. Even received a follow up call. Paul was excellent while I was purchasing my Audi A3. He was quick to offer me a test drive once I was happy with the way the car looked. It was a smooth test drive, which is why I decided to take it. The car hasn't had a single fault since driving away, so I'm happy to give top marks.
