I would honestly avoid this dealer at all costs. I purchased a family car at 6 months later the car developed a major fault. The dealer was extremely unhelpful and quoted their legal obligations. I would honestly stay clear of them.

Thank you for the review. As discussed with you, your car developed a turbo fault seven months after purchase. We offer a comprehensive three month return to base warranty, along with a Platinum RAC warranty for six months from day of purchase, which covers all electrical and mechanical faults. Towards the end of the RAC warranty, the RAC contacts all customers to offer extensions to this warranty. You did not take this offer up, which would have covered the fault. Despite being out of warranty, we offered to assist by finding a garage near us who could do the work at 1/2 the cost you were quoted. In addition we offered you a heavily discounted warranty to assist in any future issue. We tried to help as best we could, however this was not enough. We end this response with the last quote from yourself by email to us - as follows:
"Thank you for your reply. I will pay for the turbo replacement myself and put it down to bad luck on this occasion"

I've bought a few cars from here and I cannot fault them. I've had issue with latest car and they have been on the ball with sorting out the issues.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff no pressure into buying from them. This would always be my first choice for looking for my future cars

Visited Bob Davies’ last week and purchased my 21st car with over 25 years of dealings with them!! Staff are A1 and no hassle. Nothing is ever too much for them, very friendly as well. Would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase their next car.

What a great choice it was to get a car from this dealership because the staff couldn't have been any more accommodating. I've only had my car since the start of January, but I couldn't be happier with my Honda Civic! Once they showed me around the car and gave me all of the information I needed to know, I felt confident to go ahead with the purchase! It has been running well ever since. The team was very helpful when I arrived and after the sale, as they called to see how I was getting along with the car.

It was my first car buying experience ever! With this being my first car, I wanted to make sure I made the right choice, so I had a good look around the dealership, and it was nice because I wasn't pressured by the sales staff while I was doing this. As I was looking around, there was a Vauxhall Corsa that caught my eye, so I approached the salesman, and he was able to advise me on every detail of the car. I was offered a test drive and after taking it out I was happy to go ahead with it. Everything was pushed through quickly and I can't thank the team enough for making it a great experience.

We are really pleased with our experience at Bob Davies Car Sales, we had a slight issue where when we brought the vehicle home, the battery was flat when we tried to start it again and take my little boy to rugby, we contacted the aftercare team and someone came and collected the vehicle the next morning, and replaced the existing battery with a new battery, free of charge. We have since recommended Bob Davies Car Sales to our family and friends, and I believe my Mother in Law visited last Thursday to test drive cars that are more suitable for her elderly father who has mobility issues.

There hasn't been a day since I purchased my Audi A1 that I haven't driven it, since I use it to commute to work every day. Other than struggling to get cruise control to work on my car, I love it! Everyone was so lovely to get along with while I was at the dealership, I honestly wouldn't change anything about my experience.

I've not had my car that long, but I've already put some miles on it. Since I got my previous car from here, I knew what to expect from the team when I got to the dealership. The lads were always on hand to help, but at no point did I feel pressured, so I think I can confidently say I'd return again.

It was Craig who mainly looked after me, but fair play to all of the lads at the dealership because they were amazing to work with while I purchased my Mazda. I was part exchanging my old car in and of course my automatic wing mirrors failed to work! Even though they weren't working, I thought I got offered a fair price on the car, so I went ahead with it. Unfortunately, I don't think anything is a 5* but there isn't anything I would change. I'm due to pop back down to the dealership because I left my expensive sunglasses in the car, the team has been nice enough to put them to one side for me.
