I just brought a nissan pathfinder from Bocking Car Centre, I got told by my local garage that shouldn't be on the road so take back to them for refund and 10 minutes later they put back on on forecourt for sale.

made the phone call , spoke to dave, told me car was excellent inside and out, payed £100.00 returnable deposit as long as I turned up to view, drove a 260 mile round trip only to find the kia car grimed in filth all on the inside, rear wiper seized up, 3in rotted hole in the top of tailgate door, asked for my money back, told me its none refundable, should of looked at reviews, needs shutting down.

May we take this opportunity to sincerely apologise regarding the miscommunication for the non refundable deposit £100,. Deposits are none refundable. Our information and details are clearly displayed on our various websites and on our adverts for our buyers to make informed choices prior to purchase. With all prices of vehicles being reflective of the quality.
Put a deposit on a car and travelled the next day to view it. Liked the car but there were a few issues that i wasn't happy with, so after many phone calls to qualified mechanics I decided not to buy the car. I asked for my deposit back but the Salesman said that it was non refundable as he had taken the car out of stock (less than 24 hours) and that he had explained this on the phone. I said that I had been under the impression that the deposit would not be paid back if I didn't turn up. The salesman stated that he had made it quite clear that I wouldn't get the money back and said the he'd had this problem before, which made me think that he is not communicating his side of the contract at all well. Should of read the reviews first........ Lesson learnt

Refused to listen when i went back with my car due to an oil leak and walked away from me. Refused to accept 30 day right to reject. Finally agreed to pay for oil leak when my mechanic called him. 3 weeks after i have now had to pay £350 to get the car road worthy, and still to pay out for more. Zero customer service skills and wont acknowledge his 1 month warranty. Do not buy from this man.

Owner of Bocking Car Centre is an absolute disgrace. He takes your money, sells you a car that has a mountain of issues. He dishonors the warranty. I have never come across such untrustworthy despicable behavior. This garage should be shut down and reported to rouge traders.

Wish I had checked reviews online about Bocking Car Centre before I bought... Hundreds of pounds of faults discovered in the month after buying, to which the garage contributed only a very small fraction. Avoid Bocking Car Centre.

We apologise that you are not satisfied with the outcome of the purchase. Although we contributed towards the problems to try and rectify these, we endeavour to satisfy customers at all times.
Only ever bought one car from Bocking Car Centre! Never would go no where near again! Terrible car, barely got 500 miles out it before it went dead on us and couldn't be repaired locally, was gunna cost more than the car was worth! Thought it cud of been a one off but looking at reviews on here, clearly not!

West Yorkshire based Bocking Car Centre has a great choice of used cars in their Keighley based showroom. Renault, Audi and Vauxhall are just some of the makes that are included in their stock and the choice doesn't end there.
