Purchased my Kia Picanto reg. no MT22 UJL a few weeks ago. Stephen Bennett was extremely helpful on the 2 occasions I came to the dealership, first to choose my car on 1st. October, then to collect it on 8th October. This is my third Picanto (the first purchased in 2009 through the Government Scrappage Scheme). I have been very happy with all three and the assistance of the Sales and Service staff Thank you very much Kia.

I found kia bolton very easy to deal with Adam Elliott was very helpful when I visited to look for a car he was polite and easy to deal with,when I finally decided to buy he was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with,this is my second kia and when I had a problem with my old car the service side of the firm were excellent ans sorted the problem quickly with no fuss would recommend kia bolton to any one.

I recently had cause to use the service department at Bolton Kia. I found a friendly, helpful and efficient team where nothing is too much trouble. I wanted to buy my husband a new car and present it to him as a surprise on his birthday. The dealership couldn't have been more accommodating - from the initial enquiry, through to order and subsequent delivery - they were marvellous. And it was a great surprise for my husband to receive his new car 2 days before his birthday. Special thanks go to Matt, Carl, Stacey and Jack for being in on the secret and not letting the cat out of the bag. It is not the first time we have bought from this dealership and it won't be the last. Thanks again guys

Warning lights x 3 came on 3 days ago and despite several calls when I rang to check if under warranty and promises of call back each time I have not received that call. Considering I don't know if car is safe to drive or not and I am a senior Districr Nurse who needs my car for work I have had to take time off. Car has only done 18000 miles. The service has been beyond awful amd I would NEVER buy another Kia for this very reason. What's the point in providing a 7 year warranty if customers are deterred fro using it! Kieron at Bolton Kia...you provide appalling service
