Happy to state that I have just purchased my 5th Kia, 3 from Middlebrook (Bolton Kia) and 2 from other franchises. I am more than satisfied with the service I have received from them,in this instance Lee. The salesman from our previous purchase even recognised my wife from 3 years ago which was a nice experience. The sale was dealt with efficiently and with a minimum of fuss.i even received my road tax rebate 7 days after the transaction. 50/50 experiences with Kia Bolton - sales staff are very helpful when you are looking to buy a car n will bend over backwards for you however the aftercare there is shocking, they couldn't care less about helping you out or answering any of your questions about the car once you've bought it. My recommendation if you want to buy a Kia look somewhere else as you'll get better customer service.
