What a completely relaxed and enjoyable place to buy a car. No hassle whatsoever. Friendly faces everywhere, no matter what their position or job. From our first meeting, a couple of years ago, both my wife and I have been impressed by the courtesy and honest endeavour of salesman Paul Servant. For him, nothing was ever too much trouble. Because of his attention to detail and professionalism, we are now the proud owners of a new Lexus UX. At the showroom, he was brilliant from start to finish. recently bought car from Bolton Lexus garage. John was incredibly helpful, always available to answer any queries and made car buying experience very pleasant.
On recently buying a Lexus Ct200h from Bolton Lexus,I am flabbergasted how "incredibly" dedicated they were to me with a problem that persisted and may I add saying, 'NOT' a Lexus problem on my vehicle.??this sounds too good to be true but amazing as it may seem,because they were unable to resolve the issue I had on buying the vehicle with an added faulty accessory which came with the car,they replaced it with something costing at least 4x as much,and myself incurring NO charge whatsoever.All the staff ,from reception to servicing have been "amazing" to say the least,and I live nowhere near Bolton,but will be getting my car serviced there without a shadow of a doubt.....Many thanks indeed to ALL the Lexus team at Bolton Lexus...

I arrived at 10.15am at Bolton Lexus for my 10.30am appointment for MOT. Very nice welcome from Natalie in reception. I asked to be taken into the town centre while the work was completed, and arranged for them to telephone me when the car was ready, and I would be waiting to be collected from the pick up point in the town center. (Bolton). I telephoned the service Dept at just before 12pm and was unable to speak to anybody, so i left a message to ask them to ring me for a progress report, but, I had no reply. I decided to walk from the town centre, as the bus had just left. Helen in reception said she had no knowledge regarding collecting me. and they also had the wrong name( Dolan) and wrong Mobile Number on the card. Apart from this constructive review, The service was brilliant, and the staff are first class.
from the reception to resolving the problem the service was great as usual very relaxed and hassle free.Thanks Lexus Bolton,I would not drive any other brand of car and would only buy one from this dealership.
