Great at selling you a car but service department is a joke. Mechanics maybe ok but receptionists cannot be bothered to give correct information and don't bother complaining as it will get you nowhere.

Terrible dealer. View the car and said ill have a think. Kept calling me later same day and pushed me to pay deposit. Next day went to pay remaining balance and collect the car and they refused the sale at agreed price trying to make me pay extra £300 for useless warranty Avoid at all cost

So a week ago I went to Bolton Mazda Motor Park ,looking to buy a Mazda CX30.Soent some time there .Received an email today asking if I was still interested.Rang up immediately to be told that the salesman would call me back in 5 minutes .That was four hours ago .How do they sell any cars ? How do they stay in business ? Does anybody care ?Probably not

I have just been to pick up my new car from Bolton Motor Park . First time ever buying a car on line, from start to being handed the keys the whole experience had been slick and efficient. David Sloane the Sales Consultant who handled the sale organised all the paperwork kept us informed every step of the way. I have no hesitation in recommending David and this company to anyone looking to buy new car.

Not happy with the service at all, put a deposit down to hold the vehicle for 7 days. Couldn't afford it and for some reason they had the car moved to another garage and I'm going to lose my deposit of £250 to pay for this. Pretty sure this is against the distance selling act. Want my money back 😡

I wouldn’t buy another car from Bolton motorpark Manchester road. Even If they give me the money to buy from them. Sales?? we have your money now so Tuff ?? Any problems don’t call us. I wouldn’t trust any one of them with a packet of biscuits. People where a mask today because of Covid. They where a mask for othe reasons.
