Purchased a Fiat 500 for my daughter. Needed to replace front two tyres. Passenger mirror has been siliconed on. Advertised with full Fiat service history but non provided. MOT documents withheld (probably because of advisory on tyres). Phone calls and emails ignored. Avoid Bolton Motor Park at all cost. Trading Standards is my next port of call.

Arranged a mutual meeting with the dealer principle at Bolton Motor Park regarding how poorly the service has been to the point. New vehicle dropped at me tenants address with key posted through letter box. Missing spare key/manual/mats. Arranged with dealer principal to discuss matters. Rang several times to be told in meetings all day. What a load of BullS***!!!!

Had dealings with around eight or nine different franchises when My car was up for renewal.Bolton motor park was worst of the bunch.Hard to get an auto cx5 to test drive ,as sales manager on holiday,Their atitude started off, poor ,then trailed away.

Bought my CX5 from Bolton Motor Park, complete disaster from the pick. Waited 2 hours to handover and pick up my new car to eventually be told we needed other paperwork, came home got other paperwork went back to be then told they were having trouble getting authorization from bank. go back home and we will ring, 4.30 no call i rang will ring you first thing tomorrow. 12 oclock came no call, i rang to be told still waiting for bank. BS banks not open Sunday.Eventually got it delivered on the Monday. 2nd service 2 weeks ago told i needed new pads and discs on front, not happy. took it to 2 independent garages, yes new pads not discs. Will never again go here, will go to Stockport next time as i love the Mazda vehicles

My partner bought a Mazda 2 from Bolton Motor Park last year have had constant problems and spent over £1500 rectifying it. Every time we just get fobbed off and never once have they gone out of their way to resolve issues. Had raised concerns with the manager with no response. Stay clear if you have any sense.

I would never recommend Bolton Motor Park to anyone.. We got a price with a 10,000 miles per year allowance.. Then when we visited to sign the docs the mileage was listed as 10, which we were verbally told related to 10k per year.. However on receiving the docs in the post they have changed it to 6k per year and hid the fact as we trusted their 10k word... Trying to get this resolved, they refused to return phone calls and left us for over 40mins on hold.. Buy from them at your peril...

Just purchased a 2016 Mazda 2 from Bolton Motor Park. Cannot praise the salesman David Sloane enough.Very polite, patient and pleasant young man.Listened to all our requirements and showed us the exact car that fulfilled our needs with no hard sales tactics whatsoever. Also quickly resolved a small issue with no quibble after the sale was completed. In addition we found all the showroom staff and behind the scenes staff very affable and polite.Special mention to the customer service ladies manning the telephones, lovely, helpful ladies, not always easy being on the front line in any job. Keep smiling girls, you are appreciated!

Bolton Motor Park is an absolute embarrassment to the Fiat and Mazda name. I honestly have never received such terrible service from anywhere. Myself and four members of my family have bought cars from here and none of us will be returning. After having tried to contact various management for assistance over the past month, nobody has had the decency to return the call or answer my emails. Judging by the reviews of this shocking dealership on various platforms, I am utterly amazed it is still in business.

I took a day of work to take my daughters car for a recall on the air bag. After collecting the car from Bolton Motor Park and on the way home I noticed the airbag warning light was on. I rang Bolton Motor park who said they could book the car in but it may cost £50 + if it was not their fault. How can it not be their fault? Car goes in no warning lights car comes out with warning light on the part they worked on. I asked if the car could be booked in on a weekend but the manager said no. This would mean me taking another day off work for their error. I asked the girl on the phone if there was a complaints department but she said no. I asked to speak to the manager but she was just on her way out. I asked for the managers email address which she provided. Wish I had gone to Stockport Mazda.

As my wife and I have already had 8 pandas between us we were looking to upgrade one of them to a new one. Firstly the salesman at Bolton Motor Park said 'A what?' When we said we were wanting 5 seats with a 60/40 split seat. We explained and he admitted he had never heard of one as ' he was new'. We have previously exchanged a two year old fiat panda on finance for another except the new one had 5 seats- we paid no deposit and the finance only increased by £11 a month. On this visit we were told that with the same age car this isn't possible. The salesman became quite defensive and not very helpful. As we were leaving (without a car) he screwed up the quote sheet in front of us. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately I can't name and shame as he didn't introduce himself. Having been given amazing loyalty offers on 4 previous Fiats I now feel my loyalty to bolton motor park is worthless. To add his first comment was 'Are you sure you a Panda is the car you want and not a Mazda!!
