My Kia Niro EV 3broke down on the way back from Scotland on 18th July with a very unusual fault and after a horrendous experience of the AA taking 20 hours to finally deliver us and the car back to Peterborough , Boongate Kia started trying to diagnose the issue which was finally traced (with the help of Kia Technical) to a fault in the charging module and the failure of the eCompressor used for climate control and battery conditioning. Unfortunately due to the rarity of this component failing no spares were available in the UK and the part was placed on back order, meaning the car was off the road for exactly two months. During this two months, Boongate Kia have kindly kept me on the road, loaning me spare cars that were comparable cars and switched me to another EV as soon as one became available. I cannot thank the whole team at Boongate Kia for the help, support and above all patience (given that I was probably a complete pain in the backside). The whole customer facing staff were amazing in keeping me informed, putting up with my calls and their professionalism. Special thanks must go to Andy, Simon, James, Jack, Tom and Cassandra along with the hidden team who diagnosed, fixed and valeted my car which I picked up today, 19th September.

Bought my car from Bletchley in 2019/20 and always used their service department When my engine management light came on the 18th Feb 2024 . I rang the service and tried to book it in for a check. I was told they could not look at it until mid April even though I was going away and needed my car!!!!. I rang Boongate spoke to Jack at Peterborough service who were very helpful and said they would check if it was safe to drive as they were also busy until Mid March. Dropped it off on Tuesday, received a call from Tom on Wednesday Morning it was all done all it needed was a 02 Sensor and was ready to collect. Excellent service from all the service staff. WELL DONE FIRST CLASS
Today I completed the purchase details of a Kia Picanto 1.25. The sales advisor was Lewis, who was very friendly and efficient in preparing the necessary paperwork and explaining procedures. He organised all the extras that I wished for on my car and even provided a full tank of petrol, which amazed me. He went above and beyond his duty by organising both my car tax and updating the Sat Nav. Lewis then explained in patient detail all the functions of the dashboard and made sure that the car was exactly adjusted for my height. The car was in pristine condition and I am delighted with the service and sales. I would highly recommend this branch and look forward to buying another model in the future.
Just like to say thank you for dumping your car on my drive way with out my my permission this car belongs Boongate Kia registration MARK AF63 FVT you seem to think it's fair to dump your scrap metal cars on people's driveways without permission and just going off off-road leaving it where ever you feel satisfied I think not this has caused me alarm distress and harassment this is private property you have no right dump in one of your vehicles on my moved immediately no come and collect it it before I proceed with legal action this vehicle belongs to your service department I understand

took my car in for its 3 year service. I asked for the free 7 years Kia sat nav update to be told it would cost me £40. On service they said i needed new wipers at a cost of £25. I then get the car back to find my dash cam as been disconnected and not reconnected, but the wire left dangling. I then notice everything in my door pockets, center console and glove box have all been moved about. also I noticed my front seat belts had been left plug in so went to unplug the passenger seat to find thick black grease on my passenger seat. the manager was then informed. The outside of the vehicle which was supposed to have had a wash, -- well what can I say My dog could have done better licking it with his tongue. I will never take my vehicle, or give anymore business to Boon gate Kia.
Brilliant dealership, highly recommended. All the staff are very attentive to your needs and have gone above and beyond during Covid-19 to offer great service.
MOTD and services a car missing a major fault that could have killed me and my children! Agreeing to pay off a set amount of finance but paid a smaller amount without me knowing possibly leaving me in financial ruin! Telling me the car had paint work done which had clearly not! Damaged wing mirror!! Selling me a car for £5250 who’s windscreen was covered in 10 + chips!!!! “Loosing” the service history 30 minutes before I got there!! Bluetooth not working but claiming it’s fine or just primitive when it was just simply broke!!! After all this, offering to swap my car within 2 weeks to save me anymore grief but don’t give a toss and just offer my money back which puts me carless!!!!!!
