After purchasing an audi a3 diesel for £5000 and breaking down and constant fumes inside the car, i found them to be completely unhelpful and after agreeing to exchange the car wouldn't give me the one of my choice but his. So decided to cut my losses and went to Pye i've had no problems whatsoever with them.

excellent communications from Chris, I felt like he really cared and informed me of everything that would be done on the vehicle and what had been done, i will definitely use them again, good selection of vehicles and very good prices, and never pressured at all to buy excellent service, the vehicle is actually better than I thought it would have been "Nissan note" showroom condition.

I have recently bought a wonderful, clean seat from border city autos and everything went as smooth as it could and all the team are friendly and willing to help. I had a some questions a few weeks later so I give them a call and as always they were helpful with fantastic service Cheers guys
From walking in to the forecourt, test driving a car then to buying and collecting the car I felt welcome. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Dealt with Derek from start to finish. Definitely recommend buying a car from them.

Do NOT go here to buy a penny sweet let alone a car. They are all very nice when your buying the car, But as soon as its off their forecourt they don't care one bit. The car I bought from them had to go back 3-4 times with issues, but then the last time they actually caused an bigger issue and then ignored me to get it fixed. The Finance company actually sort out the issue not the dealer. The company is now stopped trading but a new company has been set up Border City Autos 20 LTD, but they are still using the BCA's branding and website, facebook. Just give these a miss go somewhere else.
Just bought my 4th car from BCA which says it all about the company All staff very helpful and look after you Chris is the man to see. Any trouble shooting Lee is your man.
