I bought a Vw transporter T5 from him and within 10 minutes of having it the van had no power. Called him he says get what it needs and il pay for it. Got no money towards fixing it. Iv only had the van 1 month now the egr valve has gone the front wiper motor has gone and Iv offer him to pay for parts or send me parts and il fit them my self but he doesn’t seem to care once he’s had your money. Got told there was 2 keys and full service history with the van no 2nd key and service history isn’t stamp up like he told me.. when I called him about that he says oh I just copy and paste adds and that was the add for another van. Stay well clear of them don’t waste your money cause he won’t care about you when there is any issues
Called and left a £250 deposit for a van with Border Commercial Vehicles on Tuesday. Agreed I would drive 200 miles to inspect the van and collect on saturday (I said where I lived and how far it was but would rather see the vehicle before paying the full amount as it was a lot of money). Called on Friday to check what time they were open on Saturday to be told there was a mistake and they had already sold the van to somebody on Wednesday. This was after I had taken out a loan and arranged insurance. Not very apologetic and very slow in returning the deposit having to call multiple times. Would not recommend them at all, poor customer service.

Purchased a van from UK Border Commercials and I have been extremely disappointed with the after care service. They informed me when I was expecting delivery that they would have to postpone due to the van needing a new clutch. The van was delivered the next day and when I have contacted them for the paperwork for the clutch and flywheel replacement they have made so many excuses for not sending it. Now they are ignoring my calls. On reflection I now feel that this work has not been carried out as I have no proof. I would not recommend this business if you are looking to purchase a vehicle
Basically the fact is the motor was really good however i did have to travel quite a distance from home get there its but it was worth the trip.
