We was close to making a deal when things started to change, things that was agreed started to be unagreed without me and contracts changed as i was reading it. Always read the contract before buying. Then when I said I wanted to back out as being the customer I have up and till the point of just before I sign to back out, the sales man went all new level of rude swearing at me calling me a time waster saying that i have wasted his time. Wake up friend it's your job to sell and if you don't do it well your not selling so you wasted your own time if I'm honest. And the fact he got all pushy and was not really taking no for an answer just showed me desperation, I really can not recommend absolutely anywhere else then this place.

My son wanted to part ex his older version ST for the latest model, Metallic Blue Focus ST of which we found At Boss Performance in Bury. Test drove it, seemed fine, minor points needed addressing, put a deposit on it. Went to collect it at the end of the week and the original salesman was not on site so we spoke to another salesman who, supposedly, was sorting the documentation. The car was in the rear parking area, not touched apart from the 2 front tyres of which looked like they were hand made in the back streets of Calcutta, not even rim protectors on them. The door sill light had not been sorted. Spoke to this 2nd salesman who stated we need to speak to the guy we initially saw who will be in later, it was already 5 pm. Luckily the car was still under warranty and was sorted by Furrows back in Shrewsbury. On the way home the 'low tyre pressure' light came on along with the 'low ignition key battery' light. The second ignition key battery was totally flat. My son received a call from Boss Performance but only got an apology. My son was checking his bank statement a couple of months later and found he was still paying monthly tax on his old car, which is none refundable. He had to write to the DVLA, and also include a copy this letter with a complaint to Boss Performance, and here we are months and months later with no reply whatsoever.

Fantastic choice of cars, made my buying experience a pleasure, Thanks to Gino and his team.
I am extremely pleased with my Mercedes-Benz A-Class and my purchase experience with Boss Performance was excellent, from start to finish. Rashid was my first contact, and I could not ask for better treatment, assistance, and guidance through this entire experience. He ensure that I am satisfied and that my needs are being met. Rashid was personable, very knowledgeable, and professional, and worked to make (an experience I usually dread), very comfortable and productive. I give him my highest recommendations. I also want to acknowledge the great job Gino did, in finding and securing the specific vehicle I was requesting. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and focused, which was reassuring. "Overall, my experience with Boss Performance was very positive.
Just bought a Audi Quattro, found the staff very easy to deal with, paid a very reasonable price and left with a fantastic car 5 stars all round will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family and to anyone looking for a quality motor.
I bought an m3 the head light was broken I took it back to boss they were very efficient and fixed it within a few days. customer service and aftercare was great would definitely recommend.
I would advise car buyers to stay clear of Boss Performance. I paid over £31k for a Range Rover Evouqe that has issues with keys not working, I sent 10 emails after being advised they would support the bill for repairs (all of £35) but not had any response. The amount is irrelevant its more the principle. Customer after care is shocking. Sure there are only 4 comments on this review format and as a percentage I suspect came from Boss Performance will see this a slight bleed of their actual "performance" and no real loss to their annual turnover but with that said when individuals are searching for a car I am sure with social media being widely accessible this will offer potential clients a more accurate account of this so called car dealership in Bury.

Charlene helm in response to RRE
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BOSS PERFORMANCE! I recently bought a stunning 6 series convertible from this garage. This beautiful car I'd just bought had an oil leak and the I drive didn't work! Took weeks for after care team to respond! They are rude, un helpful individuals! I had paperwork to prove they had sold me a car with problems! I am still in the process of an on going complaint so I want to warn others not to go anywhere near this place! The staff and customer service skills are appalling to say the least! Bunch of arrogant men in suits!
Boss Performance Bury in my opinion are completely untrustworthy. I bought my car last June from them and had numerous problems with it since. Engine nearly blew up and now I have every warning light imaginable coming up. They are rude men to deal with who look down their noses at you. Overall, the worst car I have ever bought in my life.
Never again. Car came with suspension fault light as well as other issues that were pointed out. Took car back and given a dangerous 'shed' as a courtesy car. 5 weeks they had our car and during this time had no update, I had to keep ringing only to be told 'waiting for part'. Surely it does not take that long for a part. On a visit to Boss Performance in Bury to get something from the car, they would not tell me where it was. When finally getting it back, things were still not done and the suspension fault is still there 12 months on. They are not interested, but what is really annoying is that it came back with scuffs, 200 miles extra on the clock, a park and stay ticket for an airport down south and somebodies Adidas wooly hat in the back door shelf. Oh, and also, car was sold to us with tax, but when send off my documents for my number plate they were returned and was told the tax had been refunded. So I was driving an un-taxed car too. This is the worst purchase i have ever made and although I love the Range Rover, I don't love this one, it has come with so much hassle and will be selling it as soon as we can afford to. Wouldn't recommend Boss Performance in Bury to my worst enemy.

After purchasing an Audi Q5 from this car dealer for £25000, the owner of the company then decided that he would not supply the spare key to me as promised by his salesman. The reason he said he would not supply a key is that he didn't make any money on the car and it was not him that promised, it was his salesman. Boss Performance Bury is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with, they ignore phone calls and when they do answer they just lie. I would never deal with Boss Performance in Bury again.
