I have been told the deposit is refundable if I change my mind. For personal reasons, I couldn't make it to see the car and asked for a refund back. The seller started lecturing me and being rude that he did overtime to get the car ready, and he's not going to give the money back. When I said i would come to see the car, he told me, " You either come to pick up the car or you won't see your deposit back." To clarify your point of view and timeline, 1. If you check your first voicemesage, you can hear me asking for a video presentation because o can't get to you in time. 2 after I called, you told me you're too busy to do a 10 min video, At that point, I have said I will look for another car closer. I never said I had bought another car!! From this point, we had an argument where we were getting nowhere. 3 After 2 weeks, I have called you back to apologize and explain why I couldn't make it in time and if we can rearrange an appointment to see the car, at that point you said something along the lines, "you either pick up the car, if you don't like it you can't change your mind now". That's unacceptable and means that your affirmation that "if I don't like it you can get your deposit back" is a lie. 4. You justified keeping the deposit because you had done overtime to get the car in good condition. At what point have I pressured you to get the car ready sooner?? There's no terms and conditions on your website. If I were a potential customer, I would stay clear from garages that get happy for stealing 500 pounds like BHP and look at a reputable dealer. Good bless! *I apologized for the misunderstanding, and I asked to cone over and see the car because I haven't made a purchased yet. Your reply was that there's no changing my mind if I don't like the car, you either come to pick it up or not. You don't have any terms and conditions on your site and I can see you make the rules as you go. Bragging doesn't mean you're right.

Hello Mr Moraru, Ok lets just get a few things clear here. You left a deposit with us to hold the vehicle for you which we did. We then spent the next week arranging the finance for you. To complete the deal we had to pay off our stocking facility on the vehicle to the sum of £30,000. Then after 2 weeks you call the night before you were due to collect to say your situation has changed and you want to reverse the deal. So much work an effort has gone into this deal from many parties to get the car perfect for your collection but then you let us down. You must understand we have put significant time and money into this, all whilst loosing the chance to sell to anyone else for the period you messed us around. To yourself any anyone else reading this please, please, please do not leave a deposit unless you actually wish to purchase the car. We will only refund a deposit if you are unhappy with the vehicle on collection. But NOT if you lead us down the garden path for a week or two before deciding your situation has suddenly changed. We are not dealing small items, our vehicles cost considerable money and take lots of time and effort to get ready for sale. So we ask you take consideration before leaving a deposit. Had we sold the car to someone else whilst you had a deposit on it im sure you wouldn't of been happy either. We held up our end of the deal and you let us down.
Found the car with the spec I wanted but living in Nottingham it was a bit far. Having never bought a car without physically seeing it I was a bit nervous. The team at BHP were excellent and I need not have worried. Descriptions and a video were good and delivery simple. Highly recommend.

What a breath of fresh air buying my new EV! The guys at BHP were nothing but helpful and honest throughout the phonecalls we had and after placing a deposit over the phone putting my trust in their hands, the car was exactly as Brad had described over the phone if not better. Stunning setup these chaps have down in Bournemouth, cracking bit of stock like. Cars as described and advertised, nice to finally find a garage that have nothing to hide and the cars are what they say they are! I Bought a 911 from BHP a couple of months back and safe to say the service was second to none, I went to see a few other before hand as BHP were some distance from me but others were not as they made them out to be by far, BHP were spot on! Competitively priced and by far the best Spec examples and looking at the calibre of stock they have you can see they strive upon providing a 5* service and sell proper cars. The extended distance I travelled was well worth it. They treat you right throughout the process and I would strongly recommend these guys to any of you out there. Cheers chaps.
