The guys at BHP are Excellent, really helped me with my move to electric. I bought a Tesla from these guys a few months ago and the sales team were patient throughout even though I may have been a bit of a slow painful customer with lots of questions, Brad was more than understanding of my position and ran through everything with me. I could not be thankful enough for sorting out a cracking deal for me on my new Tesla. I had a few questions that sprung to me a couple weeks later and Ben at aftersales really looked after me! I will definitely be buying my next Tesla from BHP as they had a great range available. Their service from start to finish and after was definitely 5* Thanks again guys.

At the beginning of the sale, I thought the company was really nice. However it quickly went pear shaped when I received the car and drove it around. Within a day or two I noticed an intermittent fault. Contacting BHP yielded nothing but scapegoat tactics. I have to say, their handling of the situation was awful. I won't ever buy a car there again, and I will be making sure everyone knows how terrible of a company they are.

I found my experience with Bhp to be very poor. They were quite happy to sell a car with a known defect then attempt to "push" me onto the warranty company on ly a few days later. They did take the vehicle back and a repair was carried out. I wouldn't use them again. Tom at Bhp was very dismissive of the situation after I paid for the vehicle in full.

After visiting mercedes dealership to look at a GLC i then made my way to look at a BMW x4 at BHP. Thomas answered the phone and provided all the information i needed prior to arriving and met us as soon as we arrived a couple of hours later. No sales patter, relaxed atmosphere among a very busy forecourt, given the keys and all the time we wanted to look around at our own leisure. Thomas accompanied us on a test drive and was again courteous and relaxed without pushing a sale. After returning to the office and explaining what is included in the sale (warranty etc) he provided a fair px valuation for my BMW 320d GT and we agreed a dealer for the X4. Negotiations were direct with no nonsense and most importantly, very fair. I rarely opt for px as i prefer to sell privately but I felt so impressed with the service I was happy to do a deal there and then. I left feeling well looked after confident that in the unlikely event i should encounter any issues with the X4 requiring after sales service, that it would be as equally managed as the initial sale. I will certainly be looking at BHP again in the future when it comes to upgrading in a few years.
