Purchased my lexus and was extremely happy with the service provided throughout. The handover was smooth quick and easy with Brad and the whole team at BHP. They all went above and beyond to ensure my process was 5* from start to finish. I would strongly recommend and definitely buy from them again!

Initially was fairly friendly on the phone whilst placing a deposit on a vehicle here. Once deposit was placed I then asked for an independent garage to come and inspect the vehicle before I purchase it. Brad refused to let someone else take a look, took it very personally. Also claimed to be a owner of the business when he's only a sales worker. Phone call got very aggressive with the sales tactics. Would not buy on principle as this company won't let you get an independent inspection before purchase. If you buy, just remember you taking a HUGE risk just believing a stranger over a phone. FINALLY got the refund back, took well over 2 weeks. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

At the beginning of the sale, I thought the company was really nice. However it quickly went pear shaped when I received the car and drove it around. Within a day or two I noticed an intermittent fault. Contacting BHP yielded nothing but scapegoat tactics. I have to say, their handling of the situation was awful. I won't ever buy a car there again, and I will be making sure everyone knows how terrible of a company they are.

I found my experience with Bhp to be very poor. They were quite happy to sell a car with a known defect then attempt to "push" me onto the warranty company on ly a few days later. They did take the vehicle back and a repair was carried out. I wouldn't use them again. Tom at Bhp was very dismissive of the situation after I paid for the vehicle in full.

They did literally the same thing to me. I've contacted the Motor Ombudsman and the Citizens Advice helpline. We shall see how it goes - I recommend you do the same. Awful company and awful service.

After visiting mercedes dealership to look at a GLC i then made my way to look at a BMW x4 at BHP. Thomas answered the phone and provided all the information i needed prior to arriving and met us as soon as we arrived a couple of hours later. No sales patter, relaxed atmosphere among a very busy forecourt, given the keys and all the time we wanted to look around at our own leisure. Thomas accompanied us on a test drive and was again courteous and relaxed without pushing a sale. After returning to the office and explaining what is included in the sale (warranty etc) he provided a fair px valuation for my BMW 320d GT and we agreed a dealer for the X4. Negotiations were direct with no nonsense and most importantly, very fair. I rarely opt for px as i prefer to sell privately but I felt so impressed with the service I was happy to do a deal there and then. I left feeling well looked after confident that in the unlikely event i should encounter any issues with the X4 requiring after sales service, that it would be as equally managed as the initial sale. I will certainly be looking at BHP again in the future when it comes to upgrading in a few years.

Bought a fiat trade-in roughly 7 months ago, it's been cheap to run, cheap to insure, it's been an absolute bargain with no issues and runs like an absolute dream and Tomas has been a pleasure to deal with, will definitely be using him for my next car purchase.

I have purchased two cars through BHP and each time they have been very easy to deal with and very accommodating! The after service was quick and no hassle after we found there to be a slight oil leak in one of the cars we brought but BHP were happy to sort it right away. Would happily recommend them.
Looked after from start to finish, really happy with the car I got. I told Tom what I was looking for and he managed to find me something even better than I’d expected. The car is great and they have helped me out so much. My next car will be bought through them aswell!
