I had a very good experience with Bournemouth high Performance cars. I have had my Mercedes for a whole now and I have had no issues with it at all. it was clean and looked new when I received it and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

14/02/2017 Update to the previous review I have been in further contact with Bournemouth. High Performance and we have come to a resolution due to the huge misunderstanding of the previous review, Bournemouth High performance are not at fault for the problems that have occurred with the car and have been extremely professional regarding this misunderstanding providing me contact via both phone and email. Please do not let my previous review hinder your feelings towards this company, they are car enthusiasts with a passion and I highly recommended them, please ignore the below review, this was all written under the impression of a misunderstanding and should be ignored. Date of review - 12/02/2017. Bournemouth High Performance sold me a vehicle with an apparent number of problems. After only three days of me owning this vehicle the first major problem became apparent and I have been struggling to drive the vehicle due to the extra noise and risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. The problem was to do with the exhaust system on the car. A leak from the front was causing carbon monoxide to leak into the cabin which has left me feeling light headed and nauseous on more than one occasion. This is a problem that was not discussed at the time of purchase, neither was the fact that the motor in the near side window is also needing to be replaced at some point soon. I was also told that I would get a year's warranty on the vehicle with the AA. When I contacted the AA about the problem with the exhaust leak, I was told that the documents were not registered to my name. I was then put on hold whilst they made the relevant changes, when I spoke to the employee again I was informed that they would not cover the cost of the repair as this had been excluded from the warranty. I was not aware of the exclusions until after the purchase of the vehicle. It took multiple attempts throughout the day to successfully achieve any contact with BHP (phone, voicemails and emails). When I finally spoke to someone at BHP, I was informed that they would cover the costs of the repair or provide a full refund if the repair costs were to much for the warranty (I then explained how this repair would not be covered by the warranty) this was all discussed over the phone. I never received any written confirmation which I had requested multiple times. I arranged for the vehicle to be inspected by my local garage (2 garages turned down the job). The first garage quoted £2000 for a full replacement exhaust and after taking a look informed me that the welding had been poorly done. The second garage turned down the job however suggested another garage to me. The third garage turned down the job. Finally, the fourth garage who had been recommended to me, are an exhaust specialist located around 20 miles away. They have quoted just under £300 to repair, however have a 2 week waiting list. They also explained that this problem had been caused by a poor weld job. After sending this invoice to Bournemouth High Performance via email whilst speaking to an employee on the phone, I was ensured that they would send me a confirmation email (which I never received) confirming or denying whether they would cover the repair costs. Since never receiving any response, I am having to foot the repair bill myself as well as dealing with the local residents who have complained about the increase in noise due to the exhaust leak. I find this company extremely unprofessional in the way that they have treated my situation and the lengths that they have gone to to avoid discussion to resolve this problem. I am lucky that I have not had to pay for the first quote of £2000. Purchase date - 04/02/2017. Problem started - the evening of 07/02/2017. Booked into first garage 09/02/2017. Booked into fourth garage - 11/02/2017.

This is a terrible company. Since I picked the car up the steering has been playing up, it's now so bad I am not using the car as much. I have tried getting it sorted by the years warrenty they offer, its not worth a pinch of salt. The boys at bhp have not returned my calls or emails for 8 weeks, there 100% in the wrong i am still only 10 months into the years warrenty with a fucked car. So angry at the boys at bhp Tom and Danny don't give two hoots about aftercare. Any good reviews must have been written by themselves. I would be amazed if they did the honest thing and replaced my steering pump but I have little hope. Not recommended

Ben please can you amend this review.
Very happy, travelled a long way for the right car. The spec and mileage attracted me. I was sceptical to travel as im rather particular however I am glad I did. Thanks Danny
Bought an e92 M3 from BHP before exchanging it for an Audi RS4, loved the M3 and so far loving the RS4! When buying the M3 i was promised good money back for it if i ever wanted to part exchange and thats exactly what i got. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Bought yet another car from the boys at BHP. After spending weeks looking they had the best spec c63 for sale anywhere. I bought the car over the phone and it was delivered as promised in stunning near new condition.
We bought our quashqai+2 car at the end of August and was really pleased when we saw it apart from the boot button panel came off in our hands as we opened the boot when inspecting. They said don't worry that will be fixed when you pick it up. We went the following week to complete on the car and it looked like it had been fixed but as it was inside of the building without any lights on we couldn't see. So they told us the car came with a full years warranty And a years mot. Once we got home we noticed the back panel had been stuck on with silicone and was seeping out and it was all over the boot. We contacted them and they said they would look at it if we took the car to them. So the following week we took the car down and yes they did fix it. But we also noticed that the full years mot that they said we had on the car actually run out in 6 months so wasn't a full year at all. Less than a month later there was a awful noise coming from the front wheels of the car. We spoke to the garage and they originally wanted us to take our car to them to be fixed but they then changed their mind the day before we was due to go down the said we could take it to a garage more local to us and they would pay for it to fixed. We took it to a local garage that we trust and found out that one of the front wheel bearings had gone and had also the front brakes were damaged. We contacted BHP and they said they would pay for the wheel bearing to be fixed but wouldn't pay for the brakes as he didn't believe the brakes were gone. The garage we took it to are not a rip off garage and are family run and go by their reputation. So we have ended up out of pocket getting the brakes sorted. Then a month later the rear brakes went...there was a horrendous grinding noise. We spoke to Tom and he said there is no way the brakes would have gone and accused us of drive the car recklessly and with the handbrake on. Not sure how this would have been done with a 10, 6, and a 1 year old in the car and if he thinks we hAve money to just throw away then so be it. He then wanted to see the mot certificate to see if there was any advisories on it so we sent him a picture of it as there were none he said it seemed odd so looked up the previous mot certificate (which was only a month before they had it mot'd) and that had an advisory on it of rear back brakes wearing thin. (Seems to us that something dodgy has happened just to make the car look better than it was) tom of bhp admitted (through text) that an error somewhere has occurred. So he said he would only pay for he brake pads to be fixed not the discs. We took the car to the same garage as the month before and had the brakes sorted and yes Tom of bhp did pay us for the pads but we are out of pocket again as the discs were so worn they needed changing too. We didn't expect to buy a car and 2 months later be out of pocket having had to get the car fixed to make it road worthy.
I bought a Jaguar from this dealership in April and I have had nothing but issues with it. The sat nav was broken and after have the car checked at a jaguar garage they revealed 4000 worth of repairs that needed urgent attention. I no longer have this car. I would not recommend this dealer.

The Jaguar in question was a £1200 part exchange, we were not informed of any issues prior to this review being left. Had we been contacted we would have reached a resolution.
I bought a used car from BHP which was fully serviced with 12 MOT and only 2 previous owners, considering it was a 04 plate! I was very pleased with my purchase and the this dealership overall! The knowledgeable, friendly and thoroughly professional staff made all the difference! I've received their full attention whilst on site and tips and advice about the model of the vehicle I was looking for. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a used car, especially if you are after a reliable high performance car!
We bought a Nissan Xtrail from BHP in February for £3000. Since then we have had to spend over £1000 repairing the car to make it safe to drive on the road. I understand that dealers don't go looking for problems with a car they want to sell, but some of the issues we have had they should have spotted. The car came with 12 month MOT, but our mechanic said that he didn't think it should have passed it's MOT. And there is a problem with the reverse brake lights that we still haven't fixed as I emailed BHP asking them to pay for this repair as our mechanic said they must have known about it. The have not responded to my email. Also, the warranty company, despite having agreed to pay us £300 for the work, are being extremely difficult and we have still not had any money from them (I wish I'd read their reviews online as they are terrible and the warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on!). It just makes me angry and disappointed to be ripped off for money that we couldn't really afford to spend in the first place, to then have to spend a further £1000.

UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: We bought a nissan xtrail from bournemouth high performance. In the first few months of having it we had a few problems (brake discs, brake pads, wheel bearing, drive flange). After getting them fixed ourselves, we had some issues with the warranty company paying out. Having contacted BHP and not heard back from them for a month I wrote the review below, after which they got in touch. Since then, Tom at BHP has helped us and the warranty company have paid out £350. Tom has also paid for a further repair needed (the reverse light switch) and gave us a little extra for our troubles.
