Heartless, liars and don't return deposits. I am taking him to court if he doesn't return my deposit. This happened in January 2022 and is still going on. I would give a zero for the star.

Go to court even though he will tell you he will win. He won’t turn up . Then go to the bailiffs. Then the sheriffs, this bastard derservs to be shot. I’ve dealt with him as well . You will win, please take him on regardless of his attitude.

Despicable, rude, ignorant, I could go on. This company sold my daughter a car knowing she needed reliable transport to get her to hospital on a daily basis for Cancer treatment. The new MOT supplied with the car omitted Advisories from the previous year resulting in immediate repairs to the suspension. A tyre was in the advisory but two tyres needed replacing, one was below the legal limit. When asked about the problems the reply was “Big deal”. Included with the purchase is a PDI and full service, the full service was not done, i.e. the fuel filter was last changed in 2018. I was assured that the Timing Belt had been changed but they won’t provide evidence, they also refuse to provide my signed copy of the purchase agreement. A full further inspection is being carried out and the MOT station has been reported to the DVSA Intelligence Unit for investigation.

A cheating scam company. Please be careful with this company. I bought a car for about £3000 a month ago and supposed to receive the car within a week but today is about more than a month. I haven't received the car nor my money. I paid for delivery and the car in full like a stupid person and trusted this company. I realized that later when I read the true reviews on trustpilot.They don't answer my email, call and text message. No sales receipt, no news,. After a month they told me the car is in garage to be repaired. In fact they sell you a damaged car or a car may not exist. I'm still dealing with the bank to dispute and sue the company. Today the guy answer my phone and conditioly threatened me to remove all my reviews if I want my money back. I reported that to my Bank as well as the autotrader and I will take the case to court if not refunded. Please please please be aware.

Scam company. Please avoid! I am taking him to court as well, that is, if he doesn't pay me my deposit back. I have paid him the deposit and he promised to have the car ready by Thursday. Thursday came, no car and he didn't answer any of my calls which meant that he breached the agreement. I didn't hear from him until Friday afternoon that was after several attempts of trying to speak to him. I told him, I needed the car for the weekend as I urgently needed to go to London from Manchester. He told me to find other means as the car was not ready which was really rudely said, like he didn't care. He also said he will make the car ready for Saturday, he didn't and heard nothing from him. On Monday, I called him on several occasions but all in vain. Then, I sent him a message to say I am not interest in the car anymore. An hour later he called to say the car is ready. Immediately, after hearing from him, I checked the MOT history of the car on the government website and it has failed with mayor defects, which I have printed out. So, in other words, he wanted me to go pay the rest of the money for scrap car. All these happened in January 2022 and it's still going on. I want my deposit back, I worked hard for every penny I own and I can't let scammers like Nigel get away with it. Please avoid this dealership guys! Please get it touch, lets go together to court and anyone else out there!

The worst experience I've had with a second hand car dealer. It's like a throwback to the bad old days when unsuspecting members of the general public were knowingly ripped off by dodgy dealers! I bought a car in June 2021 for £2500 which has now cost me almost as much in repairs...in only 7 months! A new clutch, compressor, fan belt, brakes and pads, you name it. When i emailed to complain they responded threatening to visit my house. I kid you not! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE A LOT OF MONEY AND GET BEATEN UP FOR IT!
