I was looking for a van and went around to a few different places but nowhere else was set out the way this place was, I took a var for a test drive, loved it and they made it very easy to purchase and l even took it the same day, thank you very much, Braintree Van Sales and Nick in the office

Couldn’t have asked for a better van, came down and bought myself a Mercedes sprinter, the salesman Nick in the office was very helpful, told me everything I needed to know about the van, and I took it the same day, thanks guys

Terrible experience. Called these guys on Thursday to arrange a test drive for Saturday. No problems they said.
I called them up this morning Saturday 27/01 to make sure that the car is still available. It took 5 attempts over 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone but eventually someone answered and said yes it's still available. I told them I'm coming 125 miles away see you in a couple of hours.
I got there and the place was closed and borded up. Rang up again and explained. They said they have two sites he'll send someone down. Not once was it mentioned that they have two different places.
While I was waiting another customer was there unaware that there was two places.
So I wait for about 20 minutes and someone not from this country pulls up in a van wearing dirty tracky bottoms and a dirty hi vis coat looking like a tramp. Didn't even say hello just opened the shutter and handed me the key to the car.
I squeezed myself in as the car was parked tight next to two vans and on trying to start up it just kept chugging away and would not start. There was no bars on the fuel gauge and a message on the dash saying soot filter full and service required.
Wasted my time and money on diesel on a 250 mile round trip.
I was prepared to hand over money today.
This is such and unprofessional dealership that you should all stay away from.

hi Daniel thankyou for your review,i do hope you went on to find your perfect vehicle,i can only apologise fully for the service you received when visiting our Dealership,the issue we had was unfortunately was a rogue salesman who was suppose to be working for the company but was actually helping himself rather than working for the business,we eventually found out everything that had gone on,this has taken its toll on Braintree van sales limited,But we are now back on track,this took over 2 years of destruction before we truly found out his actions,And whom has been well and truly let go from his position as from January 2025,we now have nick harrison who is on point and the main sales manager and Joseph smith who works along side nick as a sales assistant.we are very sorry for the way you was dealt with in the whole process,we have managed to get our business back on track and is now a family affair,please feel free at your convenience to call nick on 01376 345888 and perhaps we can chat about compensation regarding this matter i have been in the motor industry for nearly 40 years,just unfortunately for us we came across a Bad apple,once again I apologise for the trouble you went to but please do get in touch yours sincerely Andrew smith managing director.

just started off self employed and needed a van to start my business, went in to braintree van sales, they where brilliant, didnt muck around with the usual sales rubbish, told them what i wanted and my maximum spend, from leaving a deposit to collecting my vivaro was 24 hours, why cant more places be like this, Thank you braintree van sales, if you need a van go and see these you wont regret it

I bought a Volkswagen caddy from Braintree van sales, the whole thing was so easy and straight forward no hard sell van was clean and tidy and very good value for money 6 month warranty was included I really do rate these blokes, if you want a new van definitely go and check them out you wont be disappointed

I bought a Peugeot from these guys, absolutely fantastic from start to finish, no pressure at all, very helpful, i cant recommend them enough, great selection of cars and vans definitely give them a look if your in the market for a new vehicle.
