I paid £4300 for a 2023 Ford Focus which didn't even see it's next service or MOT due to engine failure. I was advised by mechanics to "get rid" sold for £1000. £3400 down in 12 months and I'm still without a car and the inconvenience is unbelievable. All the whole the bloke that sold if me is unaffected.

I'm sorry to hear uve encounter a problem with ur car however sounds like ya mechanics had ya over not us all our cars r meticulously checked over by professional car technicians motd and pdi checked before sale and collection I dont no what uve done to the car in the 12months of your ownership but I don't see how that can be our problem we can't predict the future of how u look after things

Purchased a Ford Focus Titanium from Steve at Bramhall Motors a little under 2 months ago. From seeing the car advertised to paying my deposit and signing for the car it took 12 hours. Vehicle was very reasonably priced for its age/mileage. I actually asked Steve why it was so reasonable... he told me he had purchased it at a good price and didn't need to price it any higher just to grab extra pennies. He didn't want to screw over his customers. Honestly one of the nicest, most honest, genuine car dealers I've ever had the pleasure to speak with.

Bought a corsa from Steve and Angie 2 months ago I'm extremely pleased with it. It's very economical and drives great

I can't recommend Bramhall Motors enough. Fantastic after sales service. I had a slight problem with a lever sticking and even though it was out of my Warrenty Steve told me to bring it down and he had it sorted for me straight away. If you are looking for a car then this is the place to go!

All good! No major issues. There were some warning light at first but the dealership reset them and they have not come back on since and I have had the car since June. The car is good vale for money and the dealers have been very helpful. I would recommend them.
