My.19 year old daughter is studying at Coventry University we live in South Wales yesterday she had the misfortune to visit Brandish Vauxhall where she needed her locking wheel nut loosened to have a tyre changed and she was told she had to buy a new one for £40, which might not be a lot of money to you but for her it is. Yesterday I contacted the complaints line and I am still waiting for a response, I also spoke to the garage via the chat option again I was told a manager would ring me back again still waiting! You advertise Vauxhall as a company who has great service yet the truth is you have no customer service, no-one rings you back and no-one deals with problems until resolution it is shocking. She visited both Halfords and National Tyre and was told that Vauxhall have a master key and could do this for her. If as I have been told by one of your service managers that this is untrue then you really must stop these companies lying. My daughter now has to drive back to South Wales to get her locking wheel nut. All it would of taken if 5 minutes of someone's time to help a young lady. But Vauxhall chose to go for the money grab. I will telling my experience to friends and family far and wide and on social media so people really know your customer service.

Poor workmanship. Took my insignia for a service on collection I thought I'd check oil before I started car ,car was ready for me the day before.. oil Well over maximum limit and was as black as before service. Confronted them about it and the taken keys back and they taken some oil out , oil was still black and they said that's how the standard is when they accept to be when they do oil change. In my eyes that's poor workmanship.,either they didn't change oil ,didn't flush old oil or didn't drain the old oil enough. They didn't offer to rectify this .my advice is not to get your car serviced here !!!!!

purchased a new vehicle on 23rd December 2020 - still no vehicle , have been fobbed off constantly by the dealership, no ownership of the problem. i have had to constantly call for updates. My vehicle came into the dealership on friday 2/7/2021 , now i am being told that i cannot have it due to safety recalls. This place is an absolute joke

I had booked a service and wait with a polite young man on the phone. Unfortunaty this wasnt back up when i arrived on the day of my service , i had arrived early , but this seemed to be an issue as the booking in Agent stated that the service dept was on lunch - i was then told thta my service and wait would be 2.5 hours, when i questioned this i was told that this error keeps happening and that the service and wait option wasnt really an option ( then tell your booking in staff not me ??) I left my car at 1:45 and went to some local shops, i returned at 2:45 and my car hadnt moved , this was questioned but no apology was offered and i then declined the service . We are all busy people and Covid hasnt helped but this was just VERY POOR service .
MY husband and I met Geoff from Brandish Vauxhall. Due to financial commitments at the moment we were unable to complete the sale. Geoff was great, understanding and gave us both GREAT Customer Service. We will be back in to see him in October

I went onto the Vauxhall website and a chat help line came up straight away asking if they could help. I told them what I was looking for, giving specific wants. Within half an hour, Chris (from Brandish) phoned me and clarified what I wanted. After chatting, he said he would see what he could do and then phoned me 3 times with suggestions and the 4th call was to say he thought he had located the car I wanted and would get it to the branch asap. That was yesterday - today, I went to look at it - just what I wanted, couldn’t believe it, so pleased. Elliot took over to finalise details. Both were professional, helpful, polite and courteous! 10/10. Thank you guys, looking forward to driving it away on Wednesday. KB.
I bought a used vehicle from them which I explained was for the use of my daughter and her two young children . They assured me that they had done the necessary checks to ensure it was safe . However when the car was MOT'd a few months later the suspension was on the verge of collapse and it was unsafe to drive . When I spoke to Brandish they denied any liability and refused to do anything about it . My daughter and her family could have suffered serious injury but they just didn't care . Don't deal with Brandish Coventry - they are just typical car salesmen who will tell you anything to get your money and then you're on your own , no interest in customer after sales service at all .
