I visited Brandish Vauxhall in Coventry today to test drive a new car and discuss options to buy/lease one. The salesman was rude and really didn't want to take me for a test drive. First and last time I will entertain the joke of a company. This was an appointment that had been booked in advance.

They messed up my order for a new car and took no responsibility for it and didn’t offer any type of solution.Absolute disgusted with their service .I now have a car I didn’t want from Brandish Coventry.

Brandish Coventry didn't offer everything within there car purchase deal.
I purchased a car from Brandish Coventry but when I got the car home I noticed the alloy wheels and tyres has been swapped for those on another car. I made a point of checking the alloys condition before agreeing to purchase the car and they were all perfect. I picked up the car on a rainy day and noticed later on when home two of the alloys were badly scuffed and I also think but am not certain that the other two were also swapped. When I called to complain it was just denied and as I failed to take photographs I have to live with this now. Overall the price paid was ok but this action means I will never buy here again. Just be very careful and make notes and take plenty of photographs if you do intend to buy. Also, check every aspect of the car extremely carefully when collecting and don't accept anything not as expected. You have been warned!
We had a very good experience at brandish, they were extremely helpful and quickly found the car we were looking for. They arranged the delivery to there site in coventry and carried out cosmetic repairs in time for collection. We have had an issue with our car since collection which was rectified very quickly, they even collected our car from our home and then dropped it off when it was finished. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vauxhall.
