First joke was the three day warranty that I received, the alarm bells should have been ringing at this point but I was tunnel visioned and wanted the car, the same day I picked it up the sun roof jammed open and to be fair to them they had it sorted for me, since then it’s been issue after issue, sun roof has jammed again and again the locks one the drivers door have stuck twice, the windows have stuck on one occasion, there is a scraping noice coming from front passenger wheel, I have had to have the brakes done and an abs sensor done all of the tyres were down to 20 psi and one has been totally flat twice, must have seen me coming is all I can say it’s a shame as I spent a long time saving up the £10,000 to pay for the car

SO SORRY AND SAD TO READ ,IF YOU HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE CAR YOU SHOULD OF CONTACTED US AND WE COULD OF HELPED YOU EVEN IF IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY ,FIRSTLY YOU DID NOT HAVE A 3 DAY WARRANTY ,NEVER HEARD SOMETHING SO SILLY ,,THE ONLY TIME YOU CONTACTED US WAS ON THE FIRST DAY YOU PURCHASED IT ,YOU TXT AT 10PM AT NIGHT TO SAY YOU HAD BEEN PLAYING WITH THE BUTTONS AND THE ROOF HAS JAMMED ,I CALLED YOU STRAIGHT AWAY AND GOT YOU TO TAKE IT TO A MERCEDES MECHANIC THE NEXT MORNING WHO RESET THE SYSTEM ,AND GAVE YOU HIS CARD AND SAID ANY ISSUES CONTACT HIM ,IF YOUR TYRES HAVE GONE DOWN THEN MAYBE THEY NEED RE- SEALING OR YOU HAVE PUNCTURES WERE YOU WORK OFF ROAD DOING GARDENING ,,,,
Went to Essex from Kent to buy a SL met Ricky who seemed a nice guy done the usual checks/searches on Branson's and there was a couple of mixed views - saw the SL and loved it so left a deposit trying to make a long story short did the deal got home Saturday evening warning light came up as I got home so Sunday checked everything all ok topped the oil up and went to fuel up - got to the station and smoke stared coming out of the bonnet. Straight away texted Ricky about the issue - 1/2 hour later (Sunday) he called me offering straight away to pick up 1st thing Monday - again trying to keep it short the issue was me not putting the oil cap on properly causing oil to get onto the engine - now all sorted - all I can say never met the guy before but feel very relaxed with him - company highly recommended in my experience,
superb service staff very helpful car has been fine now for 5 months would go back and purchase again from Branson Cars.
Brought my daughter's first car from here and from start to finish all staff were extremely helpful and friendly, on collection of car staff had done everything I had asked of them very happy with car had no probs and had car for 5 months now ,again thank you
Dissapointed - squeaking brakes and there was no locking wheel nut or jack and accessories provided. We were told it had had new brake pads fitted but clearly not. We were not offered replacement parts. Not happy.
Very good experience. The car had brand new tyres and had just passed its mot which was great. The dealer was very helpful and knowledgeable and I have had no issues at all and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I purchased a Citeron Berlingo from Bransons Cars back in June. The car was in excellent condition and a very good price. Absolutely perfect and The dealers were really helpful and friendly. I do not have a bad word to say about this dealership and I would highly recommend them.
