First time I've used Brant Road Motor Centre and would 100% do so again. There was no fuss or gimmicks, the car I bought was immaculate, as were all the cars on the forecourt. Easy enough to arrange a test drive, there was no pressure and Mark just came over as professional, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. All in all a really smooth, easy and stress-free experience. An absolutely first class used car dealership owned by Mark, a very hardworking and caring young man, well compared to me. My daughter and husband came with me when I drove the automatic Suzuki Vitara, ' valeted - wonderful' around Dunchurch not far from my home in Rugby. I thought I did exceptionally well despite not haven't driven such a large vehicle for several years, my runaround is an automatic Skoda Citigo, half the size! He next answered questions that we had on some of the vehicle controls and its history, At no time did he apply any pressure to make the sale, Mark was very pleasant, open and informative. He prepared the car for a test drive and pointed out local speed restrictions. He took us through the vehicle documents and explained the service history, new MOT and 1 month warranty for parts and labour. We left our deposit and arranged pick up within a few days. He was happy for us to contact him outside normal working hours on a Sunday evening to change the collection time the following day, The car was ready and waiting for us and had been prepared and cleaned to a very high standard.
