Braunstone Crossroads Motors are a joke. All they do is buy cars from BCA and resell. Be aware that when you see the car that is what you get. They do not do anything they promise to do. My car was missing wheel covers and sat Nav car. Guess what! I got the covers (5 pounds off eBay) but still waiting for Sat Nav card 4 weeks later! Car was serviced and MOT but service book was not stamped and no paper work on service. When queried Useless sales guy stamped the book even though service was performed at other site. When I was collecting the car(after they already had my money) 2 other people were complaining. One had paid deposit on the understanding that the car would have scathes removed. Guess what. They weren't and then would not give the person their money back. Second person had clutch problem, which they sorted as long as she paid half. If the car you see is what you want, then that's what you get. If it needs work, then good luck! This is a terrible garage ! My advice would be to go elsewhere.

Braunstone Crossroads Motors took a deposit from me on a car only to find out after many phone calls that the car had already sold, avoid this dealer.

Company is a absolute sham, all the cars are full of hidden problems. Sales assistances had none of the answers to the questions. No knowledge of the cars he was selling.
I arranged to pick my chosen car up 2 1/2 weeks ago with the promise of the recall being resolved before I picked the vehicle up. Upon arrival I found out this hadn’t been completed. The car was not serviced, a tyre had a bulge in it, the windscreen had a crack in it. Despite me checking on numerous occasions that I was eligible for the drive away insurance I found out on arrival that I wasn’t which this cost me an additional £150 to get the car swapped over onto my old insurance. Since taking the vehicle away I am still struggling to get the recall sorted and to have my refundable deposit back. Many phone calls have been made to try and resolve issues; promised call backs never happened. Not good Customer Service. So in summary Overpromised and Underdelivered!!!
Excellent service from start to finish. All the guys at Braunstone Crossroads were willing to provide an excellent service delivery on my new car. Many was the man.

Braunstone Crossroads Motors is a dodgy dealer and staff, beware they sell car to multiple customers and never answer properly on phone. I bought a BMW a week ago and paid deposit, since have been calling but no positive respond and then for last two days a sales guy Mani said he would call me back but never happened and then when I popped in at Dealer the guy Mani came out of same car other potential buyer and was taking deposit infront of so-caled Manager-Nick. When I argued they all went out and Manager claimed he did not know about all this and will see it which is unbeliveable. I also confirmed with other customer and he confirmed the deal and deposit he was going to pay. I can't belive AA trusted dealer can do this cheap tactics for selling although car has been in forecourt for over 4 months. I am giving facts with evidences just check my call records and CCTV images of viewing and my presence in the office with family. I am going to escalate it to the AA and other relevant bodies to put a bar on these sort of activities.
Loved the look of the car I saw at Braunstone Crossroads Motors online and as it’s quite a rare colour I was willing to travel. A purple Peugeot 108. After emailing twice but with no response, I phoned instead. I wanted a no fuss approach, no tyre kicking or forecourt haggling. I needed a car and had chosen this one. I asked on the phone if there was any scope in the price but nothing given. I asked if the car was accident free, no dents, dings or repairs and HPi clear. I was told that it was and I said I was willing to continue based on this and paid a £50 securing deposit. We drove two hours to get the car, pulled up outside the garage to see it ready and waiting but here’s where the problem started! The rear passenger drivers door was rippled, I could see it immediately. It looked like a panel beat repair (not a good one), with a orange skin type texture in the paintwork. When I asked the guy, he said he wasn’t aware (you really couldn’t miss it!) there was also some heavy scratching in the same area. On opening the door, the interior plastic was loose which would back up that there had been a big repair on this door. This left feeling very uncomfortable about going ahead with my purchase. A heavy ding in the drivers door, heavy stone chipping to the front bumper and bonnet with the most awful lumpy nail varnish type cover up paint in several spots, the rear seats were dreadful, pulled and clawed like that of a dog owner, a ding in the rear top spoiler. On opening the boot there was a clear leak from the rear brake light into the boot carpet (a very common fault on Citroen and Peugeot’s in this range) but annoying none the less and one you would have expected a car dealer to not only notice but to resolve before selling. I know this is a common fault as I’ve already owned two of these cars already. I would imagine a car dealer would/should know this too? I told the guy I wasn’t happy, I wasn’t there to barter a deal or haggle on the forecourt, he said “I like you, you seem like nice people”. I found it almost odd to say it, the car had dents and dings in it that I wasn’t expecting and suddenly I’m apparently a ‘nice person’. So I said that unless there was a significant reduction then I wasn’t willing to go ahead and even then I was feeling very uneasy by now. He said it wasn’t his car and that he’d need to phone somebody, he went off. When he returned, he said “so what are you thinking?”, again a strange approach considering he’d just gone to make a call to see if there could be a reduction. He didn’t truly want to know what I was thinking by this point! It’s a big deal buying a car, whatever it’s price tag, it suits the person, their budget and requirements and a lot of thought and effort goes into coordinating its purchase. I said I was just gonna walk away. The car was much worse than I’d been told and I was really upset. I asked for a refund on the £50 holding deposit which they processed on their office. It’s a confusing set up as they trade as ‘Prestige Motors’ but answer the phone as ‘Braunstone motors’ and despite it not being ‘their’ car, they processed the refund. However it was uncomfortable without any apology or politeness. I was left losing a day of travelling, no car and losing petrol/travel money to buy it not to mention now left stranded without a car ash old car had already been allocated to its next owner. All in all it really was a bad car and I would definitely warn anybody looking at buying from then to reconsider!
