Found it strange not to have a sevice record book with car instead got a A4 pint out with no garage stamps to prove of any servicing sales person said thats all you proberly get with some cars nowadays,but checked with bmw they said you should have a service record book with the car,so had to order a replacment book frm bmw,not a good sales pitch from braudstone,
I buy cars as rarely as possible and am very wary because of my inexperience. My dealings with Braunstone Motors has been very positive. The price for the target car was very good and when I spotted a couple of serious marks to the paintwork I understood why. I had serious reservations about buying the car. They reassured me that they would arrange for the marks to be patched perfectly. We agreed a price and I paid a deposit on the understanding that if I wasn't satisfied then I would get my deposit back. When I returned a few days later, the repair had been completed perfectly. They have been as good as their word and I am enjoying the car immensely. It is my policy not to give recommendations but I would do business with them again.
I would not recommend buying from this dealer, the customer service is simply non-existent… All they care about is you paying for the car, once that’s done, you won’t even get a smile… If you dare to be unhappy about anything you’ll be treated like an inconvenience… So I bought my Audi A4 not that long ago (it’s still under their 3 months’ warranty, which you don’t get in writing, you’re just being told it’s there – so pretty sure they would deny it if something would to happen), to be honest I got a good deal, which was accidental, as they priced the car incorrectly online, (in the end they committed to that price, which was the only OK thing about them). When I went to pick up the car, the process was really rushed, the sales man didn't even bother to say hello, some other guy just pushed the paperwork through… When I got to the car, it was still wet inside, clearly a rushed pre-inspection job, even though they knew I was coming… Before driving away, I've noticed the parcel shelf was missing, no one bothered to tell me this when completing the paper work, I had to go back to the office… Got told they will order one for me, as they don’t know what happened to the original one?! Finally got a replacement, in the wrong colour! Even though, I have called them to remind that it needs to match the silver/grey colour of the interior… There was no apology, or any reimbursement for the fact, that I had to go back and pick it up… When I told the sales guy this is the wrong colour he just ignored me and thrown the shelf into the car… I have pointed out before buying the car, that the breaks are pretty used up and will soon need changing, they said they will look at them and if that’s case they will change them for me – guess what? Didn't happen… It’s been a while since I bought a car and hopefully, it will be a while before I need to buy my next one, but this is not how I remember customer service should look like. If you decide to get a car from these people, for whatever reason, just assume it’s like buying private, once you drive away you will not matter to them at all… The whole experience was terrible, staff rude and unprofessional.... Also, noticed there's a lot of fake reviews on different websites, not mentioning they seem to be going by different names on few websites too (Prestige cars / my bcm & braunstone crossroads) simply avoid if you can...

They have 2 other garages which are actually called BCM (Blackbird Crossroad Motors) and Prestige. They have always helped me with car purchases, I can't vouch for you experience but I don't think it's right to slander without all the facts.
What can I say, Perfect all the way I delt with Craig he is a true gent with a host of knolege on all the cars they have in stock. Fantastic deal fantastic service a lot of garages could learn a lot from these guys thank you soooooo much for all your help.
Despite a couple of bad reviews on the website, we decided to drive the 120 miles to Leicester as William was extremely helpful on the phone and he had exactly the vehicle we were looking for and at a very competitive price. On arrival we were not disapointed as we were made very welcome,handed the keys and allowed to do a test drive on our own! A good trade in deal on our car and all went smoothly including changing our personal plate. Very pleased with the service, will definitely return.
My partner was buying a car and dealt with alex at the braunstone site in liecester and found the whole process very straight forward. He sorted out a service for us and a mot. Also the nightmare with paperwork was also handled with no change. Car is perfect. Thanks to alex & all the staff.
We bought a Citroen C5 S; a great looking car, not sure that the garage did a very good job in preparing the car though; within a short time front windows stopped working, air-con had to be recharged, tyres that were supposedly recently fitted didn't pass an MOT and hadn't done more than 6k on them, also a poor repair on some of the paintwork broke down. Still feel that the car was ok for the money, we would still consider a car from this garage as they have some good looking motors on their books but wouldn't just go on looks next time, we would make sure that everything worked as it should if we bought another car from here.

The first vehicle given to me should not have been on the road. The chassis was bent, and despite repeated attempts to rectify; it simply would not run. The dealership did provide me with a car to use whilst they sourced me another vehicle (which is the only reason they get 2 stars). After 1 year: The respray on the front bumper that the garage had to have done had not lasted 8 months before flaking away, so I now need to have it resprayed.

Bought a Honda civic from blackbird road branch. Tom was very helpful and service was fantastic. Test drive out on the open roads and communication was spot on. Fully recommended and will use them again!

Hi, I have recently about 4 weeks ago purchased a car from this dealership, I am 100% satisfied with the service that I received from them, whenever I spoke to them over the phone they were very polite and helpful and kept me updated with things, and when I went to pick the car up they were so efficient, we exchanged the paperwork and everything was done in about 30 minutes which was brilliant and I drove my new car. I am very happy with my car which is a BMW 3 series. I have already gone and recommended Carloans4u and the dealerships to my close friends and family.
