Shocking customer service bought a van through a finance company zuto the finance company was great van was paid for on the 10th September. the van is still not ready 3 weeks on!!! every time I call I get told they will call me back and they never do!! I call them again and again I get told different things and fobbed off saying I will be called back and no one does the first week i called their excuse for not being able to tell me when the van was ready is manny the sales man who is dealing with it is on holiday. it this was every time I called for the first week all I got was manny is off im not sure what it going on with the van he will call you when he's back last week I called I finally got hold of manny he said he is waiting for an update he will call me back. Again no call back i call countless times and ask if manny can call me back I get no call back. its only by luck if he answers the phone I manage to speak to him he says the van should be ready Friday 25th sep he will call me back to confirm I get no call good job I didn't turn up because the van isn't even their its at the garage still being fixed.. I call today manny is off I get told he will call me tomorrow i ask to speak to a manager I got through to nick. he assured me he is calling the garage to get an updated and will call me back in 15 minutes 6 hours later I called and asked to speak to nick another guy said he is busy he can call you back this guy was very rude and simply said their is nothing he can do I finally get through to the manager nick who was very rude and said it should be ready Wednesday it failed mot and needed two new tyres and a ball joint I asked why has it taken to long as the sale was agreed and paid for on the 10th September he very rudely put it as I asked when it will be ready it may be ready Wednesday the then said he has a customer in he will call me back and you guessed it no call back So 3 weeks on I got no van been messed around who knows what condition this van is in if their customer service is this slack what is the workmanship and standards like it seems they are interested in the money not the service they had the money first so why should they now use good customer service

I’m having the exact same issue! Had my car 5 weeks and it’s spent a week and half back with them and now the engine management lights on. Mechanic laughs every time I ring and one of them speaks to me like I’m thick!!
What can I say apart from "Go else where for your car". Not very professional at all.... Spoken to many people who have had the same poor experience with this company... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The whole team at Braunstone Crossroads Motors were polite and helpful. There is still a small issue with my car ie the tyre sensors, but they have said they'll get back to me.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS DODGY DEALERS DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A FAULTY CAR THEY SEEM NICE UP UNTIL YOU BUY A CAR AFTER THAT THEY DO NOT GIVE A TOSS!

Based on positive Autotrader reviews, I mistakenly trusted this seller. They had the car I wanted at a good price, but as soon as I'd put down a deposit it started to go downhill. I agreed to buy the car on the condition they would give it a service and MOT (which was coming up), which they "did" & it passed the MOT. On the day I bought the car, I had 2 main issues (I'd failed to notice the tyres were near the legal limit & had just relied on their answer on the phone the day before of "fine" when I asked about the tyres) & they lied about how much fuel was in the car (there was virtually none & the car was vibrating within 5 mins of leaving once going above 60 ). I got the car checked by a garage I trust. They found the brake fluid was dirty & with an unsafe temperature so had to replace. Brake fluid was ticked by seller on PDI, & should have failed MOT if checked. I phoned Braunstone to complain... 3+ times. Had to explain to 3 staff & chase for response. They said they'd look into it, or call me back etc. - delay tactics. I was giving them the option of either letting me return the unsatisfactory car for a refund, or contributing to the brake fluid & checks cost. So they could have appeased me for less than £100. I ended up having to quote the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They then said I had no rights, there was nothing they could do, and told me my garage was lying about the brake fluid. Who would you believe? The car salesman who'd already lied twice (about tyres, + fuel), or the garage you've used for years with no issues on multiple cars? I can't stand unfairness so will be pursuing this but need to warn others!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BRAUNSTONE CROSSROADS MOTORS!!! I purchased a car from them recently, the mechanic had fitted a new clutch to my car prior to my purchase and forgot to put the bolts and pins back in my gear box properly which caused my gear box to fall out and my drive shaft to collapse! I had the car 3 months! My mechanic says I am lucky I’m not dead because if the car would of locked up while I was driving, it would of flipped!! I drive my kids around in this car! It’s disgusting!! The dealership then said they wouldn’t cover the costs of the repairs although it was their sloppy mechanics fault! They also sold me a bogus 12 months warranty with a company that went into liquidation in 2016!! I have contacted trading standards and my solicitor about this company, they need shutting down!
