I have used honda enfield for years but over the last two years I found they have gone downhill. The repairs take a long time to turn around and are not of good quality. They don’t care about the customer - when they gave me a courtesy car it was a 30 year old pile of junk. I will never use them again.

There are not enough words to describe my disappointment with the customer service i received at Brayley Honda in Enfield, The service girls were rude, I was left waiting at the desk for over 15 minutes, I was not warmly welcomed by anyone in the building, not even a smile from one member of the staff. I overheard the service girls talking badly of their other colleagues, i was shocked, and disgusted by what was said, The company is purely unprofessional, the staff are rude, i came in to in enquire about a few things and i will NOT be returning.

I totally agree with your account of the unhelpful, rude and frankly nasty staff at Brayleys, this endemic from the bottom right through to the top, even the manager, all rude, all unhelpful and nasty
We recently purchased a Honda CRV Hybrid from Brayley Honda Enfield and had the most wonderful experience. They were knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible. Highly recommend this dealership!

Well what can I say about our sales representative Anthony. He instantly welcomed me & my family into the show room, sitting us down and listening to us on what type and style of car we wanted . He also pointed out all the extras that Honda offered. With the purchase of our Honda CR-V I’m telling you now, you couldn’t get a better sales representative. He listened to our list of do’s & don’ts and found us a variety of cars to view. I would like to see Anthony go on to running his own show room in the future, well done Anthony & thank you so much for all your help finding us a fabulous car. I love it. I collected my used Honda Jazz from Brayley Honda Enfield today (25/01/19). I selected the car on line last week and spoke to Anthony C about a test drive and viewing. His service was excellent on that day and subsequently on the day of the viewing and test drive. Today his attention to detail was first class and everything he had promised was fulfilled. I am an extremely satisfied customer and would not hesitate to buy from Brayley Honda Enfield again. Thank you Anthony and your management team for your excellent service.

This is an email that I have just sent to the operations director at Honda Brayley Enfield. My father purchased a Honda Civic on the 24 November. The salesperson was Anthony Christodoulou. My father used Honda for financing of the deal. When we were at your site Anthony spoke to the finance manager and said to us “good news the finance will be 4.9%/ 5%”. On the test drive I spoke about the finance and the 4.9% and Anthony said it would be 5%. My father signed the finance agreement without reading it, he is a 76 year old pensioner. When he received the agreement through the post the paperwork showed the interest at 5.6%. I sent an email to Anthony on 02 December and he replied asking where I got the monthly repayment figure from. I then spoke to his manager Paulo Rubinia on the 03 December in the morning and explained the above. I pointed out there was no middle ground here for mishearing what Anthony said about the finance percentage as he said 4.9% / 5%. I asked Paulo to ask Anthony why he lied to my father and I about the percentage and come back to me. Paulo called me on the 04 December in the morning and said the charge for the finance is 5.6%. I asked him what Anthony had said when asked about lying about the percentage he had quoted and Paulo said he hadn`t asked him. The previous days conversation revolved around Anthony lying, yet Paulo said he didn`t ask him about the accusation? I reiterated the previous days conversation and asked him to ask Anthony about his Lying and to call me back. Paulo said he would. I am still waiting for Paulo to call me. (11 December) Since purchasing the car I have already had to bring it back (on day 3)to have the tailgate light fixed. The glass was coming away at the bottom and another light was chipped. I believe it left the showroom in this condition. I have acted naively in trusting a Honda approved dealer. Safety is of paramount importance so I am arranging for the AA to fully service the car. I hope the AA report does not contradict the Honda Brayley report. Anthony also said there was one previous owner. I received the log book yesterday and this says there have been two previous owners. Did Honda Brayley register as an owner of the vehicle? The way my father and myself have been treated by Honda Brayley is extremely unethical and unprofessional. My father will be registering a complaint with Honda finance today. Please can you come back to me with a reply to the above.
im being nice by describing them how i have. i bought a car from Brayley Honda in Enfield, yes a used car but only 1.5 years old so i asked for remedial work as part of the deal... i.e. refurb the alloys, colour in the stone chips. make it look a little presentable. they sell things like the jack and spare wheel seperately having taken them in as part of a px i.e. on ebay! if you use these lot make sure you get everything in writing. tell you one thing during a test drive to get a sale then when you go home and research they say oh it was a genuine mistake! well these mistakes are in relation to material facts which a buyer decides on i.e. the Euro standards of a diesel engine given the imminent ULEZ. Ignore emails once sale concluded. i will be complaining to Honda UK and their customer service. Rude bast@rds when it comes to customer service. wont be going back to them soon! wont be recommending them either.

I have been driving LL16 plate honda Civic and bought it brand new from Brayley Honda Enfield. It was painfull from day one. It doesnt drive well at all. I am not really good with engine and everything so I relied on friend and sales team. The can I drive is 1.4 and it doesnt want to move at all. I remember I raced with an old red postmans van and he passed my car. Mini, ford everything I have to give way. I am talking to other can manufacturers now to get out of this pain... Obviously I paid for my mistake. It is a real pain I suffer everyday.
I went to Brayley Honday in Enfield for a last min MOT.. was in total panic mode as I had very little time to get my car sorted. Service manager Lee Dawson was amazing and provided all the information and Service I needed! I received a "Nothing is too much Trouble" service from the team... Amazing Staff!! Definitely recommend everyone to use their services!
