I do not usually write reviews, but on this occasion, it was necessary to air my dismay. In April 2022, I bought a Mazda CX5 from this branch, with a 1-year warranty. During the Xmas holiday, an error message highlighted on the dashboard. I contacted the branch who took some details and advised me to come in to the workshop on a set date the following week. I arrived in the morning, after much rearranging schedules with work and inconveniencing my wife to follow with a young baby to take me home. On arrival, I was told just as I walked in the door ‘oh we figured it out, your car needs a service’ and I was given 2 options to pay several hundred pounds to remove the faulty error message!!! This was EXTREMELY poor service, I had to rush across the city, inconvenience several people to be misled into a costly early car service! The company should have contacted me beforehand when they had ‘figured it out’!! This is very disappointing aftercare, and very greedy on the part of the company. Useless warranty and service!

Brayley Mazda is not even worthy of a 1 star. I purchased a car from these con artists, they promised everything yet as soon as they had my money scratches etc wasn’t fixed on the car. I had the car checked the same week I bought it to find that the car had not had a service in years even tho they said it had. No checks had been done on the car prior to me buying it as there was no oil showing on the dipstick. I also still have an issue with my tyre keep deflating only to find they sold me the car with the alloy buckled in 3 places. I have sent various emails and photos to evidence scratches on the car, a buckled alloy and a receipt for a service I had to get done myself. They also charged me £400 for a paint protection which was put onto a car with lots of scratches? Very unprofessional, communication from them has been dyer. Never would I buy a car from these again. Customer service is non existent. It’s been a month since my last email which said “what you bought was within consumer standard” I asked the question what their definition of that was, as the car has lots of things wrong yet the car I part exchanged was immaculate. I’ve still had no response from the email I sent a month. I only bought the car in March I’m very tempted to drive down and see them face to face, I live quite away however being ignorant, lying and taking my money and then putting me in a position where I’m now having to spend additional money to get things fixed is diabolical!

I had my Renault serviced at Brayley Mazda. It needed headlights to be change. They didn't have it! I was told Reverse light doesn't work- which I didn't believe- and it does! I was told electric door mirrors doesn't adjust (which I knew-but I also don't have lights inside of my car- which I believe something is wrong with electric in my car- but I still don't know what and how much it would cost to fix it..) Basically I was told what I already knew about my car. So payed over £200 for not even car wash! it was poorly rinsed! I guess rain would do better job.. So I had my light fitted in Halford for only few quid (guys struggled-maybe because my car was hit that side, but they did it!!!!) I think maybe in service they couldn't do it that's why they said they don't have spare light bulb.. From a good side- people by the desks were very nice and polite. That's the only positive from my experience..

I have just walked out of my local Renault dealer (Brayleys Milton Keynes) and I have never experienced such an abysmal customer service from any other dealer before, this is what is going on: 1) I bough a Captur 2014 with only 7,000 miles on the clock around Aug. 22nd. The car was in a very good condition minus a scratch on the driver's door. The seller told me not to worry as he could have this fixed before I collected the car. The collection was then arranged to happen on Aug. 30th. 2) On August 30th I went to collect the car and noticed that the scratch on the door had been tidied up but it was such a badly done job that it looked like someone just used a coloured pen to do the door and the excess material dried up. On top of this, I noticed a dent on the boot door too . I mentioned to the seller that the quality of the work carried out was not great and pointed at the other defect as well. He agreed that the quality was horrible and offered me to cancel the deal if I wanted or to have it sent out to be fixed properly. I decided to have a go so asked him to put all this in writing.I was supposed to collect the car the next day as the dent was going to be removed then 3) On August 31st the dent was not done as the dent man apparently did not show up. I would have to drop the car on Monday 4th for this to be done. I collected the car and when the same seller was showing me all the controls on how to operate the various buttons I enquired where the wheel nut locker key was. He searched for it and could not find it. He then told me my car did not have one and he did not know why. But not to worry as he was going to order me one. Also, there was no manual as the previous owner lost it but he told me he had already ordered that for me. 4) On Sep. 4th i brought the car in for the dent to be done and the wheel nut locker key to be done too. On collection the dent was gone but the wheel nut locker was not as he told me the wrong one had been ordered so he had to request another one again. 5) Last hurdle was to drop the car in on 6/9 to go to the body shop for the day so that the scratch on the door and the poor job done to correct it could be improved upon. A courtesy car was offered. 6) On 7/9 received a call from seller to say the car was not going to be ready on that day as they needed the paint to dry, so the car would be ready on 8/9 in the morning most probably. 7) Today the 8/9, I received no calls in the morning and so about 2:30 called to enquiry if the car was ready. The seller was busy at that time so I left a message. At 4:30 again I tried to call but he was still busy. At 5m I drove to the dealer and noticed my car was nowhere to be seen. I went inside the showroom and waited for the seller. He came to find me minutes later to say there has been a problem with the car. He could not find for the whole day the person who was working in my car. He called the person but he did not know where he was. 8) At this point I really lost my calm and told him I was getting very frustrated with the whole experience I was having. He then told me he sold me the car in good faith and that he had tried to help me but maybe he should not have been so nice and should have told me I had to accept the car as it was or just leave the deal. I also bought the car in good faith, paid for it and have bene experiencing this night mare customer service. He then notice I was really upset and went to talk to his boss. Five minutes later he told me he talked to his boss who had just managed to talk to the body shop at that minute. The car was being collected at 6pm and the wheel nut locker key done tomorrow morning. 9) I told him that if I do not have the car back tomorrow as discussed I wanted my money back tomorrow . 10) I am so amazed by the catalogue of failures I have experienced especially with this seller that I am really starting to regret buying this car in the first place!

I went to Brayley Mazda last year as a cash buyer to buy a Mazda MR2. Their salespeople were so neglectful I went to Mazda in Watford to buy my car instead. Very poor service in my experience - I would not recommend them.

If i could score less than 1 i would have. A disgrace of a garage. My last car they had for a week to look for a fuel leak. Came back with no fault found only for me to find a fuel pipe loose and under car covered in fuel. To top it off they badly damaged the sill on it. My current car had 11k miles on clock when it went in for a clutch judder. They agreed it was a warranty issue so booked back in this week to be told it wasn't warranty but will strip out as a goodwill gesture to be told 24hrs later that they wont do it and it was a mistake that they told me that and now quoted me £1000 to repair even though they don't even know what is wrong with it. The management are rude and patronising. Disgusted with them is putting it politely.

I have a Mazda CX-5 with significant mechanical defects, the vehicle is only 2 1/2 years old however Brayleys Mazda have tried to give me a bill for £2700 for a problem which is recognised on numerous Mazda websites and yet the company still wish to charge me £1000. The customer service I have received has been awful.

A good price, but very poor service. Once I'd handed over my cash for my new Mazda 3 Sport, the dealer couldn't get away fast enough. A quick 5 minute show of the car, meant I left the garage with little confidence in my understanding of things like the Sat nav etc. I then had to return to the garage, as they'd forgotten to give me a service book; and all this after they'd already done a last minute cancellation on my original pick up date, with no apology. I did write to Brayley, to complain, but was told that their poor service on the day was because the person dealing with me was a Kia rather than a Mazda specialist. Again, no apology. I will unfortunately not be buying from Brayely Mazda again.
