I purchased a van from Tony at the Poole branch last week. Tony was the most genuine sales guy I have ever dealt with and the van is terrific. I’m super happy and will most certainly recommend him in future.

I purchased vehicle HG69FMK after a perfect presentation online from Kane describing the vehicle as pristine and mint. Yesterday the vehicle was transported to my property and actually was taken to the incorrect address stated on the invoice prior to arriving with myself. Upon arrival before the driver left his cab it was clear to see the entire drivers side had been accident damaged with the worst re spray I'd ever seen. The paint was blemished, runs throughout and differentiating colours between panels. The vehicle never left the transporter and has been returned. This vehicle is an extremely poor example and for 6000 miles and £45000 price tag I'm appalled that this is how the business works. No pre checks, no valet and just a sorry, can we respray to make good. To date I've chased the refund and finally received that today. So now I'm left with no car as this was sold prior to this purchase and our family is away next week on holiday. I do hope you guys are pleased with your efforts!

I took my 2017 California there last year to have sliding door lock changed. I took pics of door just before I took it in, in case they damaged it. When I collected the van, I looked over the work and noticed they had scratched the inside door. They denied it even though I showed them the pictures. Eventually they said they would repair the scratched paint, clean the van and collect the next day from my house. Next day I heard nothing in the morning, I called up twice and first time did not hear back. I then was put through to workshop manager and service manager who argued that the technician believed he didn’t do it. So despite the pictures I took and them saying they would repair it, they now were saying they would not. After an hour or so arguing on the phone, they eventually agreed to collect my van and repair the scratches. They did the paint repair, but can’t say they cleaned it very well. I was just relieved they didn’t crash it and devalue it completely. I sent complaints and a report to VW who didn’t seem to care. I had one answerphone message and when I called back, no response. Amazing when you buy a new van for £48k from VW that you get treated like this over a few small scratches. Is petty, but why should I pay good money for them to carry out work and then damage my vehicle and deny it, despite photographic evidence on my phone. I even had the sales guy check the van when I dropped it off, but he denied there wasn’t any damage before. I would add that I bought the van from Heritage in Bristol, even though I’m from Bournemouth, as Breeze Poole did not want to know when I originally enquired. Overall I’m Amazed they are allowed to trade this way, I suggest VW head office audit the site and do some secret customer trials.

Visited van showroom to see and get price for VW California Ocean. Despite 3 follow up calls by myself and 3 different staff members promising an email response - nothing. Contacted Listers - price negotiated, order placed, follow up questions responded to. Breeze Poole have a lazy disinterested staff who must have made this months targets. Avoid.

We received excellent service re. our Kenwood Sat Nav update from Jason and Martin when we went there earlier today. Whenever we have been to Breeze Poole regarding a service, MOT or anything else we have always received excellent polite service from all the staff. There is a friendly atmosphere and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
Some of the staff at Breeze VW Van Centre are very rude and arrogant. They will deny any fault on there part and will make you feel like you really shouldn’t bother in dealing with them. It seems like there is a toxic environment in this dealership.
I recently purchased a New Amarok from Breeze Van Centre in Poole and I found that the customer contact was very poor with me chasing them all the time. They would never contact me to inform me of an update of the vehicle, I had to chase them all the time. Eventually it was delivered at the end of the day, they hand the keys over I signed for it and they went with no explanation of how the new features worked. I ordered it with car matts and they only supplied the front ones I asked about the back ones and they said we must of forgot!. I then drove it home and a warning light came up. I notified them of this and had no response till I had to chase them, 5 days later still no resolution.
