If I could leave 0 star I would. I bought a Hyundai Coupe from them in February 2023. The delivery date was changed multiple times. It came with a flat tyre, low oil, low coolant, some useless wipers, a dead remote control, a steering belt close to failure, and the car was full of trash (6 vapes, 9 pens, screws, empty cans, etc). We I called them, they said they would replace the tyre. After that call they never picked-up the phone again apart form a month later where they finally provided my warranty (which is useless due to a £500 excess). And to this date, they still haven't refunded my tyre, and I still don't have my V5!!!!!!!!!!! I have never dealt with such bad customer services, and I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. They are so frustrating to deal with and the amount of stress and anxiety they put you through is insane. To save you time, money, and your own sanity, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
