I have recently bought a car from BRG Remarketing. I found the initial correspondence Friendly and Helpful. I went to view the car and immediately felt secure, at ease and answering all my questions Professionally and with Expertise. I dealt with Guy and Kieran. We made a Deal and the above guys kept their word on every agreement including half a tank of Petrol. Having bought and dealt with various Dealerships I found this experience Excellent in every way. The atmosphere in the Premises was relaxed, inviting and easy going - a delight to deal with. I would go out of my way to go to this Company again even though they are far away from my home. All of my paperwork was dealt with and new Personlised Number Plates issued at no extra expense. Many Thanks - Linn

I bought a car from BRG Remarketing and within 3 month warranty 3 things went wrong. 2 weeks out of warranty engine blew up and they done all they could to avoid responsibility. Got 3 months driving and am paying it off 3 1/2 years later!
Fine if nothing goes wrong... All cars were advertised with rac warranty but wasn't given it. (Trading Standards have since been in contact and this has been amended) Car also supposedly given full engine service when only oil was changed. (air and fuel filters were black with dirt) When complained they tried to suggest that maybe rest of service was done previously lol?? In the end we just paid to get the rest of the engine service work done ourselves for piece of mind. Car broke down within 3 days(okay sh*t happens) but took numerous phone calls throughout the day and 6 hrs later 2 guys turned up with a tow rope(If known I could have arranged to lend them a flatbed trailer to transport the car properly) Although car was fixed and returned promptly the aftercare seemed amateurish and overall experience felt like they were trying to cut corners wherever possible (servicing etc)which isn't what you want when buying a car. My advice is don't take anything they tell you for granted, get everything in writting such as any warranties offered, service history, repairs done etc and take someone with you can can see through any sales babble or better still just go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.
Can't believe all the bad reviews just picked my second car up of Brg in the passed 6 years been great to deal with. Thanks
I would not buy another vehicle of BRG as they scared me into buying a car. I was led to believe the car was driving perfect. I found out about 2 hours later that the car had a lot of faults, the money I paid was £1900 it was for my kids to bring them to school ect. When I rang back up again they told me it was my loss the money for my kids toys for Christmas. Now has to go on getting the dpf system removed and fixed at a cost of £250 and a clutch and fly wheel at £550 supplied and fitted. I will never buy of again they'll speak real good about what there selling but will not tell about the hidden problems don't waste your money on BRG.

I would advise you to get on to Citizens Advice. It sounds like they have sold you a car which is not fit for purpose and they are meant to try to fix it by law at least twice or get you a like for like replacement as you have lost faith in the car. I hope this helps.

I have only just been made aware of this review - 10th March 2017. First of all i am sorry to hear of your bad experience at our dealership. I would be grateful if you could contact me to discuss your experience, staff involved and vehicle in question. We take a poor review extremely seriously. Kindest Regards, Gavin Harvey, Sales Manager, gavin@brgremarketing.com, 02891245015, 07514544555.
What can I say about BRG Remarketing other than they are very happy to sell you a car which is not fit for purpose and will enjoy there little insider jokes about steak and think that you don't know what they are talking about. But when the car breaks down they will also lie to you and tell you its fixed then in a few weeks when it breaks down again its a part needs changed when in fact its the engine that needs changed and with god knows how many miles on it. But once you catch them out that's a different matter then you play telephone tennis leaving messages and speaking to three or four different people in a day. Then you have to go source then new car yourself deal with the finance company get BRG to phone and email them and so on overall from the car breaking down to getting then new one it only took a month just a month with getting buses and trains and of course they did not offer me one bit of help or support MY ADVICE DO NOT GO NEAR BRG REMARKETING.
OMG!! how many times do you need to call and leave messages for someone to call back at BRG Remarketing. Tyrone (your name seems to pop up quite regularly in reviews) don't bother calling back if you ever decide to because I have taken my business elsewhere. Apparently I was given Tyrone's mobile number but it was always someone else that answered. No-one ever knew where Tyrone was or if he was at work. Stay away is my advice and now based on other reviews, I was just lucky that I didn't buy the car from BRG Remarketing.
I have just seen all the reviews on Brg and can't believe it, I have now bought 4 cars in 3 years form them and they are super to deal with and good value.. No pressure no hassle nice lads..
Complete joke of a place im having to buy a car that isn't fit for purpose i haven't even got it out of the place yet and i hate it that man tyrone is useless he clearly doesn't need or want the money the car was actually out of fuel and had caused problems with the car, the step on the car is broke but its ok its out there for show not to actually use (first time in my life I've heard that one) the fit tete drive i took in it lasted about 5seconds no wonder though as the second drive put the engine light on needed more work done stupidly i put a depoist down after the fit drive cause i thought the car was ok unlike the sales man now im.binge told once a depoist is paid the car is bought and they won't give a refund he won't put any fuel in the car in won't knock any money of the car he won't put a full years mot on the car and the step i can't get past the fact he actually said its for show and not actually to use im 5'3 how else am.i goin to get into a jeep i hate the car and i haven't even got it home yet all because of that man i don't no why you still have him there after so many complaints about him STAY AWAY and like above if you get tyrone RUN !!!
Stay away! Unprofessional dealers. Get everything in writing! Don't believe a word they say - take your money elsewhere. Big mistake buying from these people.
