We were interested in a car for our daughter from Bridgend Motors just as further restrictions were coming into force. As we were unable to see the car in person we had to decide whether or not to go ahead with the purchase. We did and it was the right decision. The car is in pristine condition exactly as described to us by Dave. The man who delivered the car was very nice and let me know when it was due to arrive. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

Because of our circumstances,we did the daftest thing you could think of.bought car unseen.I have had three cars from them in the past ,my other two sisters have bought there too.so we took a leap of faith they would be as honest as they have been with us in the past.I can not praise them enough.the car is superb.delivered to our door by lovely man.with a tank of petrol in it.Bob went he extra mile for us .but everyone was so helpful.thank you Ross,Josh,Dave and Bob.we are coming back for next car .your reputation is sparkling ,not just untarnished.this is a gusher of a review,but we stand by it.and with covid,if you too are having to dodge around ,it's peace of mind to know you can still get a car easily if you need one.they are very covid aware .

Bridge End Motors are helpful and friendly enough until you drive off the forecourt. You just have to hope the car doesn't give you any issues at all as their after sales support is shockingly bad, might as well have saved myself money and bought privately.

bought a car from bridge end motors in October and 6 six months later it needs new gear box, control panel and clutch about 2 - 5 thousand to fix. contacted garage to be told out of warranty and was wear and tear, since buying vehicle only put 3000 miles aprox 500 a month then to be that's life great customer services, also refused to even look at the car. contacted citizen advice and trading standards who both have advised as per Consumer Act 2015 goods not fit for purpose and are going to take on my case - WATCH THIS SPACE. I can given one star as it wont let me give less.

Hi, can I ask you the outcome of your case? I purchased a car from them in April last year with 1 year's warranty. The next day the coolant pump burst so the car got towed back to them and I got it 5 days later. From September it has been in the garage multiple times with the engine warning lights coming on and the car losing power. I would say about that equates to roughly 70 days. Bridgend had the car for 11 days and clocked up 266 miles. They are now admitting no liability and Kevin the manager says he doesn't care if we contact trading standards or the finance company.
We bought a car from bridge end and they are an outstandingly good car dealer. The car is as good as new and about half the price. Excellent service, no pushy sales patter. Good old fashioned frank advice from knowledgable and friendly staff. Highly reccomended

Bought a car from Bridge end motors, a week later it wouldn’t start, they presumed over the phone it was the battery. Managed to get it started after bump starting it, drove it around for a while to charge it up. Left it until the next day and wouldn’t start again. Rang bridge end who told me there is nothing they can do as the garage is now closed and I would have to wait until Monday morning. I am self employed and rely on this car for transport. I am absolutely appalled.
I went to look at a Ford C-Max and a couple of Peugeot 3008s at their site and was greeted with courtesy and shown where the cars were on the site, its fairly crammed. The cars hadn't been cleaned yet and that's just how I like to see a car I'm going to buy because I'm able to see how the previous owner looked after it (or not). I decide that the C-Max could be for me but as there was only one salesman available at the time I booked a test drive for the next day. Sure enough the car was out ready and a salesman called Luke came with me for the test drive. As there wasn't another C-Max available anywhere I decided to buy it. I found that that Luke was helpful friendly and not at all pushy. We came to an agreement fair to both and closed the deal there and then. He agreed to have the car ready the next Saturday at 1.00 pm and promised to have it looking good and to replace a couple of 'bits' in the car. Again the car was ready, looking good, polished and clean but the 'bits' were on order and as soon as they arrived he would ring. Hmmm I thought. Will he? I reminded him via email a week later and a few days later he rang to say they had arrived and to just call in, which I did. So from all of that I feel the purchase went well and would recommend Luke and Bridge End Motors. It's now two months since I bought the car and I'm still happy.
