Worst dealership ever took my car and money gave me a broken car and will not fix problem passing my car around like pass the parcel acting like he’s sorting it and sends it back exactly the same won’t give me any paper work for car or anything done on it and constantly fobbing me off for last 2 months

Told me they could deliver a car on the weekend then he said something came up which I was fine with made me wait until Monday for him to say we’re closed after hours of ignoring me and misleading me from the weekend

I had a nice BMW from Colin he said any trouble hell fix it had a slight problem in lockdown and he still got it fixed top man thanks will recommend to my friends
Bought a small car for my daughter. Colin was completely open about the car's history and didn't quible when I asked him to do a couple of jobs on it before I bought it. Great service from Bridge Motors.
I will never deal with Colin at Bridge Motors again. Beware what your doing buying off him. I dont trust a word he says.
I purchased a car at a fair price at the end of 2018. After a few months, it became clear there was an issue with the oil consumption (It was an issue that could only be picked up through driving the car over time - i.e. no way Bridge Motors (BMs) would have known when they sold it). I reported this to BMs, and they immediately offered to take a look. It was assessed and fixed at a reputable mechanics during which I was offered a courtesy car and kept informed at regular intervals. On picking up the car, was provided with a copy of the invoice for my records. The issue was far from cheap to resolve, but there was no quibbling from BMs over accepting the cost. I have absolutely no reservations in highly recommending this dealer, and extend my thanks to Colin and his team - all of who I met were friendly and professional. Really exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

This car dealer is not a registered company. It means the dealer does not intend to keep to the legal constraints that registered dealers do. It should be a first sign to buyers they should keep away.
