Rather disappointed with the service. We bought a car but they said they would email us various thing but never did till chased. Felt like they couldn't be bothered or really interested in selling a car. Car had 2 questionable tyres asked to be replaced before pick up told OK, guess what still on the car we have been told to take it to their service department for them to look at them. Sorry the tyres are cracking so needed replaced, makes you wonder what sort of MOT they did on the car, not happy with having to waste our time. Also thanks for lying on the spec of the car we can't find the advertised dab radio. So be VERY careful dealing with them I won't be back, more of back street dealer pretending to be main stream. Update:- They have now refused to replace the tyres as the tread is legal depth but they are at the end of their life and need to be replaced - cracks in tyres means the rubber is breaking down and should be replaced. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

After a horrific experience at vehicle trade kilwinnining which cost me money three years of I vowed not to buy another car anyway long story short went to irvine branch met Darren sales was a breath of fresh air took me thr whole procedure from exchange to car purchase paperwork I am still recovering from a serious head injury and can still be a bit fuddled Darren was kind helpful and acted above what he should do thanks Darren shame on kilwinning you still owe me seventy five pounds Frank Roy cain

They get you in the door by making a grand offer and then hammer it down for silly reasons. In my case it was due to colour. Yet they never asked that in the online quote. I expected better from a local firm who call themselves Webuyayrshirecars and is a subsidiary of Bridgend Motor Group. I expected better from a local firm but fell for it. Wasted my time. Disgraceful.

The Vauxhall I bought from Bridgend Motor Group is the second car I've bought from them. They are a very good dealership and very helpful. The car was clean. I would recommend them because as a whole its all good!

I am over the moon with my BMW from Bridgend Motor Group. I have had it for a few weeks now and I have had no issues with it at all. It was clean and in awesome condition and the staff were really helpful. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

I am really happy with my Citroen from Bridgend Motor Group. It was a really good price and runs beautifully. All of the dealers were very helpful and friendly and were able to answer all of my questions.

The only thing I wasn't happy about when I bought my Jeep from Bridgend was that after travelling over 200 miles to get there, the car was not ready when I arrived and I had to wait around for hours. Other than that it's been okay. The car was in good shape and up to now I have had no issues with it so I would recommend them.

I bought a van from this dealership In May. When I got the van home I realised some of the wheel nuts were actually missing and the parking sensor doesn't work correctly. The Dealership were very quick to sent the missing wheel nuts and were very apologetic but the parking sensor is still not quite right. I think this is down to it being a cheaper version that doesn't always work in some vehicles. Other than that the service was good and the van was very clean when I collected it. I would recommend them.
