DO NOT BUY FROM NISSAN CANNOCK!!! Part of the Brindley Group. AVOID!!! Hubby bought a car from here about 3-4 weeks ago, they gave the car a clean/service and all seemed well. A few days after he bought the car, he was driving to work and one of the wheels came off the car while in motion 😡 Obviously a scary and extremely dangerous thing to go through. When AA attended to collect the car, they confirmed that ALL the wheels were loose on the car! Obviously a complaint was submitted immediately to the dealership and a courtesy car given. However, their customer service during this time has been terrible and added to the frustration. It took them 6 days to acknowledge our written complaint, we had to chase and ask have you actually received it to get a reply. The GM then asked for a period of 7 days to 'investigate' which was agreed too. A week after being given the courtesy car (which is a brand new car-it's bloody lovely!!) We got a call from a member of staff saying 'we've sold the car and need it back'! So they hadn't even withdrawn the car from sale knowing they've provided it as a courtesy car. So i hope the new owners of the car pictured on my driveway, registration no: DN24 UBX are made aware that this is no longer a brand new vehicle as when you bought it, it was in our possession! They sent a letter headed 'Under no Prejudice', which basically means they will not accept liability. How they can say this when they have had the car back and said they are repairing it, it is quite contradictory(they have been told the car is no longer wanted as it will now be structurally unsafe). After 14/15 days they offered as a 'goodwill gesture' to repair the car and return it or issue a full refund. This is not a goodwill gesture at all but what they have to give us legally given that they have sold us an unsafe vehicle. No apology or any sort of compensation has been offered at all, they have done their best not to refer to the issue as what it is....a highly serious complaint that a member of their staff failed to put the wheels on the car correctly. Luckily, hubby was driving at a relatively low speed, but had he been going faster or on a motorway, he could of been severly injured or killed and probably would've taken some poor stranger with him. Also, if they try to resell the car, it's a Nissan Juke, registration no: BW15 NVM. It should now be recategorised in my opinion or even better, written off. Please do not give this branch of Nissan your custom or hard earned money ❤️

I had a problem with my seatbelt which could have been costly, but rather then go straight to replacing my seatbelt due to something stuck in buckle, they offered to let a mechanic see if they could remove the item from the buckle first. The staff I spoke to were all very helpful and compassionate to my problem. I did manage to remove the item myself but there support at least lowered my stress level. Top marks to all of your staff.

I visited Nissan in Cannock recently with my mitsubishi as I was having an issue with the tyre lights coming on. The receptionist was really helpful, and as my car wasn't due it's next service until end of August she asked Matt in service to have a look at it for me whilst I had a cup of tea! He checked it all out and resolved the problem there and then, which I was very grateful for as we were going away in it that weekend. Thank you Matt!!
Worst dealership ever so ‘steer’ well clear of them. My car has been in there almost a year, very poor communication on any updates, 5 parts unnecessarily changed with no evidence & still no improvement or resolution, & still being charged for the parts on this ongoing repair saga. Now in the hands of The Motor Ombudsman. The Brindley Group should be ashamed of themselves but I even emailed the CEO a few times & got no response so it must run from the top.

My local dealer was not able to offer me the car I required. I found one at Nissan Brindley. So glad I did as there response and service was excellent, This was due the super salesperson Mr Ryan Moorhouse. What a great person to deal with. He made our purchase so easy and painless. He worked so hard to get me the right deal, His response to my emails and phones calls was first class. We completed our deal within 2 days. I was still awaiting a reply from my local dealer, who have now lost the sale. On the day of hand over our new car was ready and full of fuel. So easy and quick, Ryan was there on hand to talk over the the controls on the new car. Well done Ryan Moorhouse. Keep up the excellent work!

Avoid this garage at all costs!!! If you are looking to purchase a new car, steer clear. I had been in regular contact with the garage last week to purchase the Mercedes Benz CLA 220 AMG Line which was up for sale on auto trader around a week ago. I took time to think about this over the weekend and called back on Monday to discuss and hopefully place a deposit, however the advert had been taken down at this point. I called on Monday to check if the car was still available and was on hold for around 2 hours and was then emailed by one of the staff and told that they closed early due to the bank holiday which of course was my mistake for calling after close of business. I received a call back on Tuesday and was told the car is still available therefore I went ahead to discuss a couple of final questions and hopefully place a deposit on the car, I was told the information I required in relation to when the next service for the car would be due was not currently available and would need to be checked on a computer and that I would receive a call back shortly. I heard nothing all day and when I called back several times later in the day, I was passed from pillar to post as-well as being placed on hold for a further 40 minutes. My details were taken several times this day and I was told the colleague who was dealing with this would definitely call back that day. I received no further correspondence. I called on Wednesday morning and was told the car was not on site therefore the information was not available but it would be on site from 4pm that day but it may possibly be the following morning however, either way I would receive a call to be updated on this. Again I received no correspondence. I called again on Thursday to speak to a manager and was told to email him which I did, explaining the way I have been treated to to which I was told “sorry for the inconvenience, the car is no longer available”. It seems this garage have very poor handling of their customers and do not value potential buyers. I am glad I did not purchase at this garage as I worry for the aftercare I would have received, if any at all.
