The warranty is a waste of time you don't get your car repaired it's been 6 weeks I have 4 kids I am single mum I go to work there never call you back i am still waiting for my car i go to work in the morning i have to walk to work dangerous in the morning going to work I am having a nervous breakdown won't give me a courtesy car but they won't give me one it's their responsibility because it's the fault of the car from Kia

Seems buy a car and they don't want to know you, got 5 kia,s in the family and the service dept don't seem interested, warranty is useless, you pay up front for a diagnosis then they say not covered by warranty, cant get booked in for weeks or months, time for a change of vehicle I think
I took my brand-new Kia to this dealer for help. It had been delivered the day before and had delivery mileage only, but was found to be pulling to the left. Kia Brindley West Bromwich were rude (the delightful lady on reception) and wanted me to pay to have a brand new car looked at in their words "you got it from somewhere else". Silly me, I thought Kia was a global brand, not one that was localised to West Brom. Shouldn't a Kia dealer help any Kia customer? Duty of care and all that? Eventually the car went in a week later and they said nothing was wrong with it. When I picked the car up and they said they could not replicate the pulling and they wanted to know who was paying for their time and work. Yes they wanted to charge me for looking at a car that had an issue. I'm not surprised that they didn't replicate the issue as they didn't even road test it according to the Kia App... Problem persisted and I eventually got talking to the service manager at this dealership., He was surprised as told me that they don't even have the equipment to check wheel alignment at West Brom. So add that to the fact that they didn't even road test the car, I was quite surprised at how they could diagnose the issue that I had raised. I asked how they could be sure there was no fault if they had not road tested and had not used diagnostic equipment I was told that they had done a "visual inspection". I'm not sure how a wheel alignment issue can be diagnosed on a new car from a "visual inspection".... Maybe they also do visual warranty repairs and visual services. They agreed to take it in to Brindley Kia Wolverhampton (their other branch) to be re-checked. This time they said it needed a tiny adjustment. In reality, there was no change. Kia UK didn't want to know either. Eventually Acorn Kia at Burntwood helped, they got the alignment checked and corrected (10/14 measure points were RED). I would not use this dealership. They are rude and don't provide any duty of care to Kia customers. Try Acorn in Cannock/Burntwood instead.

The whole experience of buying a car excellent from the outset we knew what we wanted we were assisted by David Cox in Car Sales Department who was first class taking us on a test drive, his knowledge of the cars was outstanding he was pleasant and his professionalism outstanding a credit to Brindley West Bromwich we shall be going back when I change my car and also recommend this garage. The other staff were lovely and friendly and acknowledged us soon as we walked into the show room even though they were extremely busy. We are now enjoying out brand new car customer care first class.
A great team offering first class service...always go the extra mile ....cant praise them enough...my kia sportage is 5yrs old they have just replaced part of the gearbox under warranty...xllent
Have been a customer at brindley Kia for the last 4 years. And all was well while I was paying out money. In the last few weeks I noticed the paint was blistering around the tail gate struts. So as soon as I brindley opened up for business after the lock down booked my 2016 Kia Sportage in for a service and requested they looked at the blistering paint, expecting it to be covered under warranty. However there response was that the tail gate had previously been removed and that had caused the rust. I admit I didn't buy the car from new, or from brindley, it was about 7 months old, so I agree that there are a few months where I cannot account for the cars history. How ever I do know cars and what to look for when buying a car, I've worked in the industry for the past 23 years. And I know for a fact that there was no damage to the surface of the paint in that area. I have had the rust inspected by a local body shop who confirmed that the rust has most likely been caused by moisture penetrating the "very poor quality" paint on the strut brackets and spreading on to the main body of the car. This is shocking for a 4 year old 26000 mile car . What is more shocking is brindley Kia's attitude towards a loyal customer. I won't be using or praising them Again And Kia as a company has lost a customer as I would have been buying a new sportage next year.

Recently bought a car at Brinkley Kia and must say they were fantastic. Peter the salesperson was most obliging and extremely professional. Also spoke to Stuart who was also extremely helpful. Had a courtesy call from Peter 3 days after purchase which was much appreciated

Not a bad word to say! The service was excellent and I have had no issues with the car at all. I bought a Venga 2 a few months ago and its still running perfectly. The dealers were very knowledgeable and helpful.
