I took my car in for an MOT yesterday at 08:45am and was welcomed straight away by the three ladies at the front desk. All three were lovely and friendly and offered me and my dad a hot drink straight away. My advisor James Price came and saw me within 5 minutes and was also very welcoming and professional. After leaving I could see my car being taken in straight away which was great. By 10:30am I had received the AudiCam and had a phonecall to say my car was ready for collection. When I returned back for collection I was greeted again by the girls at the front desk who offered me another drink and a seat to wait. We had some good conversations whilst I waited and a good laugh. The best part was when Jenny came over and greeted me with my car key and walked me to the front doors where my car was waiting and was immaculately cleaned. I felt very important and valued. Audi Bristol is 100% much better than it used to be. The whole team were fantastic and I am a very happy customer. Thanks so much Audi Bristol.

Shocking customer service, avoid at all costs! Booked car in for an 08.00 appointment and told if I was there before 08.00, I would be first in with a rough finish time of midday. (just some minor safety recalls) Car dropped off at 07.50. Returned at 13.00, sat around until 14.15 with no communication of progress.....so I enquired......the car hadn't moved from where I parked it. Wanted to complain but the manager was "magically" not in his office. Bunch of clowns that give you the impression THEY are doing you a favour, do they these people not understand their customers have busy lives and can't wait around for at will - did ask for a loan car....and was told they are booked up to 3-4 month in advance!!!!!!...REALLY????? Only miniscule plus point was that the staff were friendly with lots of glamours girls walking about and middle aged men drinking coffee and congratulating themselves......shame they couldn't put as much effort in their customer services. Take my advice look elsewhere...unless you like wasting 6 hours of your life and being lied too. SHOCKING!

They have the worst customer service. The sales people judge you as you come in. The staff are rude and not welcoming
Very bad customer service and lairs buyer beware they what your money and not interested in you, watch out for Riaz Ahmed at Audi Bristol in sales he’s a rat and low life would sell his wife and kids if he could make a deal do yourself a favour and the this dealership a wide birth 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨😡🤬

I've unfortunately been dealing with this garage for a while now. They have failed to fix any of my electrical faults, and while they had my car drained it of oil without replacing it. Now my engine is a bit ropey and they won't have anything to do with me. I was frequently told throughout the farce that was my experience with them that Audi look after their customers. But they won't call me back, take weeks to come to a decision, won't take responsibility for damaging my car, never have any courtesy cars available to me and palm me off on the most bizarre excuses. The best one being their technician telling me and I quote "I don't see how not putting oil in the engine will affect the cars performance!".

I can totally agree as I am going through the EXACT SAME THING. I tell them my stereo is sounding awful and it’s either amp or speakers! They then say aww we will upgrade your infotainment system so you can turn the bass down ??? Also that should help the rattling and squeaking from wherever n back doors, then my steering is making an electric whining noise !!apparently it just needs greasing. No phone call no answering me endless excuses as to why they can’t come to fone . I have never experienced such devious underhanded mess than I did today. They know my warranty runs out in march 1st so they are just palming me off till then, like they have by cancelling my last 2 appointments. IM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING GOING TO A SOLICITOR!!

I can totally agree as I am going through the EXACT SAME THING. I tell them my stereo is sounding awful and it’s either amp or speakers! They then say aww we will upgrade your infotainment system so you can turn the bass down ??? Also that should help the rattling and squeaking from wherever n back doors, then my steering is making an electric whining noise !!apparently it just needs greasing. No phone call no answering me endless excuses as to why they can’t come to fone . I have never experienced such devious underhanded mess than I did today. They know my warranty runs out in march 1st so they are just palming me off till then, like they have by cancelling my last 2 appointments. IM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING GOING TO A SOLICITOR!!
