The sales man josh is very nice and I must say a very helpful person but deserves to work in a different garage, after buying a car (which is now back up for sale) we paid cash but the service did not get done before pick up so had to take it back two weeks later to be done in a different garage, the electric windows had a fault but didn't get fixed, took it back to the outside garage the following week for windows to be fix but was told it needed an electrician so had arrange for another visit, 1 week after the service the oil light came on, we videoed us checking the oil which was nearly all gone and had to buy oil to put in, we did video all of it for proof, I have a family member who is a mechanic who said it is burning oil and is a lemon so return as not fit for purpose, after many calls I finally put it in an email requesting a refund for written proof before the 30 days of being able to return for full refund, we still had a battle but after my mechanic calling them and our video do not think they had a choice without being taken to trade and standards, I was going to but a review saying how i did get full refund but I have noticed the car back for sale for someone else to buy THAT IS JUST WRONG LIFE IS HARD AS IT IS AT THE MOMENT WITHOUT BEING SOLD A KNOWN VERY FAULTY CAR, it also says one owner but I owned it for 4 weeks so that's not true. DO NOT BUY
Avoid selling a car to Bristol AutoHub. After signing off a price with Dan in an online contract, I spoke with Dan by phone, after explaining him when he could collect it he responded rude and disrespectful. He came and started finding the most minimum excuse to go down on price for a car already quite reduced on price. Even though the pictures were clear and you could just have done some zoom in or asked me for more pictures. Came with an excuse for a little bit of body work really small that even with zoom in couldn't be appreciated to buy a 150£ spray so that was my fault and the price should be down now other 150£ (Sprays don't cost that even professional ones). Not to forget how rude and disrespectful Dan was. Had to chase him up several times to get the ownership changed at the DVLA. Avoid him, he'll treat you as you were nothing.
Bought a car had loads of issues and zero help from them to resolve. I left a Google review and they waited 4 months to reply and basically tried to say they were helpful and I had no obligation to buy the car........I travelled for 4 hours to buy the car based on staged photos and a promise work had been carried out which it wasn't......the car then broke down after 2 weeks of purchase due to a starter fault and it turns out that was also known as it had b en sprayed with wd40 to try and perlong the life of the part. Avoid this garage at all costs and buy from people who are not scam artists

How can you run a dealership yet not have insurance cover for test drives?? We were fully intent on purchasing a Mercedes from this group today till asked to sign a paper stating that in the event of any damage, accident or loss to the car being test driven we would fully pay for the damage and not make any claim through Bristol Auto Hub Insurance - What a joke!! Anyone planning a test drive with this Company I suggest you fully read the form they ask you to sign. If they lose enough sales they may just change their policy.

Not a good experience buying a Citroen Cactus 1.6 BlueHDI from these characters in July 23. After 9 days, the engine and AdBlue system warning lights appeared, I took it to my local garage that diagnosed a non functioning Nox sensor, a completely blocked DPF filter and a no functioning AdBlue system., cost to repair estimated £2500+. I took and sent a picture of the fault codes to Bristol Auto Hub. I made the big mistake of not returning it within 30 days and receiving a full refund, I believed them when they said they would get it fully repaired. Unfortunately their repair consisted of, disconnecting the battery to clear the fault log so that when it went to a Citroen workshop only the non functioning AdBlue fault was readable they got that fixed, but refused to get the other 2 faults repaired, saying its an old car, its 7 years old(below the average age for cars in the UK which is 8.4 years) and that there were no other faults diagnosed. That happens when you disconnect the battery to clear the fault log, they would be back possibly the next time it was being driven and the DPF regenerated. That repair would be £1700. I rejected the car, but as I had owned it for more than 30 days, deducted £1 a mile for my use of the car. These guys have stumbled onto a pot of gold, selling faulty cars, not repairing them the customers ask for a refund and they deduct an unreasonable amount for the use of the car from the refund, they are selling the car again, its on their website Sept 23. I couldn’t recommend Bristol Auto Hub, I feel like I have been properly had.

I visited Auto Hub last week & bought a Fiat 500c Lounge. The service I received was faultless from Jack & Aaron who were very welcoming & soo helpful. I paid to have my car delivered which was brilliant. I can highly recommend a visit they have so many cars to choose from. Thank you Jack & Aaron. 👍
I bought a car from the guys at Auto Hub and can’t praise them enough they were extremely helpful and very friendly. The car I bought was in great condition, I am very pleased.
Avoid this garage! They sold us a car that shouldn't even be on the road. 2 guys running the place were incredibly rude and it took being threatened with police action to get our money back.

The threatening behaviour was the reason of the delay in a refund, we are always happy to refund an unhappy customer if the correct procedures are followed. Unfortunately it’s a second hand car and anything can happen, we are always prepared to deal with that and do the best we can to prevent it.
Bought a car from Bristol autohub Cash and deal was done left the garage got home and found that the number plate lights was complety missing. Rang them straight away got fobbed off rang 6 times went back over couldn’t give a fuck about it. They’ve got your hard earned money and don’t care. Would not recommend these cowboys to any one. Go to a garage with good service standards and I will be ringing trading standards because the car has a newish MOT but this is a MOT fail. Just be warned when parting with your money. Hope this helps someone to buy an genuine car.
